Abortion, what is it? It is the deliberate removal from the womb of a foetus during pregnancy by methods that are quite horrible.

Methods:

Medical – Abortion medicines are taken called Mifepristone which stops the hormone that allows the pregnancy to continue, and about 24 to 48 hours later Misoprostol which within 4 to 6 hours breaks down the lining of the womb, causing bleeding and the loss of the foetus. Now depending on the length of the pregnancy an operation may be needed to remove the foetus.

Surgical – Having used an anaesthetic, a tube is inserted into the cervix, and on into the womb; the foetus is then suctioned out, or a forceps is inserted through the cervix and the foetus is pulled out whole or in pieces. These are the most used ways of abortion.

What is a foetus? It is an unborn human baby.

Why abortion?

In some cases women’ lives are in danger when a foetus dies within, or is developing not as it ought to be, or is in the fallopian tube, or is not correctly located in the uterus where it would develop. Likewise, those whose physical health is poor that they are at risk; ending the pregnancy may be necessary. For women who through rape or incest are pregnant, you may choose to end the pregnancy, but there are women who have given birth in such situations and are happy that they did. Investigation and analysis show fear to be the 98% reason why women abort their babies. Sadly, merely out of inconvenient convenience. Understand that abortion is an action that has consequences, and here is what I mean!

GOD’S word and response.

GOD says in 1 John 4:18a: There is no fear in love; but perfect love cast out fear: because fear has torment. From the conception of your life you were formed to be born. In Psalm 139: 15-16 David says: My substance was not hid from YOU, when I was made in secret, and curiously wrought in the lowest parts of the earth. YOUR EYES did see my substance, yet being imperfect; and in YOUR book all my members were written, which in continuance were fashioned, when as yet there was none of them. GOD alone is THE GIVER OF LIFE and THE MAKER OF MANKIND. To take or end a human life deliberately without just cause is murder. In Exodus 20: 13 GOD says: You shall not kill (murder). When you commit murder you come under GOD’S judgement. GOD’S judgements come in the form of curses. Breaking GOD’S word automatically brings you under judgement (curses). Curses are carried out by evil spirits. These curses come in various ways such as feeling troubled, guilty, tormented, condemned, mental instability, a clear sense of wrongdoing or even as physical illnesses. Genesis 9: 6 says: Whoso sheds man’s blood, by man shall his blood be shed: for in the image of GOD made HE man. Numbers35: 33-34a says: So you shall not pollute the land wherein you are: for blood it defiles the land: and the land cannot be cleansed of blood that is shed therein, but by the blood of him that shed it. Defile not therefore the land which you shall inhabit, wherein I dwell: for I the LORD dwell among the children of Israel (Barbados). Sadly, abortion (murder) not only brings judgement (a curse in the form of a spirit) on the person (abortor), a curse (spirit) comes into the land, and with enough murders in the land (country) a principality (territorial ruling spirit) comes over the land. Deuteronomy 21: 1-3,8-9 says: If one be found slain (murdered) in the land which the LORD your GOD gives you to possess it, lying in the field (abortion location, clinic or otherwise), and it be not known who (all who were present) has slain him: Then your elders and your judges shall come forth, and they shall measure unto the cities which are round about him that is slain: And it shall be, that the city which is next unto the slain man, even the elders of that city shall take a heifer, which has not been worked with, and which has not drawn in the yoke. Be merciful, O LORD, unto YOUR people Israel, whom YOU have redeemed, and lay not innocent blood unto the people of Israel’s (Barbados’) charge. And the blood shall be forgiven them. So shall you put away the guilt of innocent blood from among you, when you shall do that which is right in the sight of the LORD? The principality (ruler of lesser evil spirits in the heavens) mentioned earlier now sends evil spirits to people to commit all kinds of murdering in the land (Barbados). Here in Barbados we were previously under the 1868 the Offenses Against the Person Act (sections 61 and 62). Note the words the Person: which is exactly what a foetus is. We were all a foetus before we were born! A foetus is not some strange thing, but it is the forming of a person, and not what some others would have us to believe. Now in 1983 the abortion laws were replaced by the introduction of the Medical Termination of Pregnancy Act (Act No. 4 of 11, February 1983) and the 1983 Regulations to that act, which enabled abortion to become the number one cause of death in Barbados. We stand guilty before ALMIGHTY GOD, and must repent as a nation. Jesus died for our sins, and took the punishment for our sins (eternal damnation) in our place. Only the BLOOD OF JESUS can pay the price for the blood of these lives, and for any sin. Only by repenting can we remove the judgements (curses) – i.e. beatings, murders, shootings, stabbings, cuttings, lawless evils and wicked behaviour from our land, and do what is right. Know that this message is to all. Let us all repent on behalf of ourselves, our children, our family (past and present) and our nation before it is too late. Time is very short, let us do so while we can!

  4. medical indications for abortion.

    Parasitic and infectious diseases.These include:

    A) All active TB (tuberculosis of the lungs and other respiratory organs, bones, joints, genito-urinary organs, etc.).

    B) All forms of viral hepatitis (an interrupt is contraindicated in acute period).

in) syphilis (early with symptoms hidden, later, other forms).

    D) HIV.

    D) Rubella.Besides the presence of the disease itself, an indication for termination can be taken place contact of pregnant women with the infection in the first trimester of pregnancy.

    Neoplasms.

    A) available, or were in the past, cancer, regardless of their location.

    B) hematopoietic malignant tumor tissue or the lymph system.

    endocrine nature.

    A) severe and moderate form of diffuse toxic goiter.

    B) Hypothyroidism (acquired or congenital)

in) Diabetes parents, insulin resistance, complicated microangiopathy, combined with tuberculosis, combined with Rh-negative blood. If diabetes children were born with malformations.

    D) Hypoparathyroidism, hyperparathyroidism, diabetes insipidus, chronic adrenal insufficiency.

The list of medical indications for abortion also includes some disease-forming organs, blood, mental disorders (psychosis, mental retardation, all forms of chronic alcoholism, etc.), diseases of the sense organs and nervous system (inflammatory, hereditary diseasescentral nervous system, multiple sclerosis, vascular disease, spinal cord and brain tumors, spinal cord and brain, etc.).

In addition, diseases of the circulatory system, diseases of the respiratory, digestive, genitourinary system, skin diseases, musculoskeletal system, connective tissue, some hereditary diseases and congenital malformations.

Abortion exists in 4 ways: for up to 6 weeks, with the help of medications is a medical abortion. For up to 5 weeks it is possible to vacuum aspiration (mini-abortion).At a later date: surgical abortion (curettage) and artificial childbirth (in the 3rd trimester).Women need to know that if a medical institution to terminate her pregnancy offer, according to the law it is entitled to decide the issue. The conclusion about the need for termination of pregnancy shall be made exclusively in the hospital, after a full examination, and only specially convened panel of doctors, which necessarily includes the head of the medical institution. In turn, no matter how painful and sad, but in most cases you have to accept the verdict of doctors, in order to preserve life and health, as well as to be able to give birth to a healthy baby in the future.

  5. interesting abstract

The induction of abortion should be undertaken as reluctantly as one would commit justifiable homicide. If in the course of pregnancy some disease arises as a direct consequence of gestation, or if a woman suffering from disease is made much worse by the existence of pregnancy, and if her life is distinctly endangered in consequence, it is not only justifiable, but it is the physician’s duty to terminate gestation, and thus to save one life, and that the more valuable of the two, instead of sacrificing both mother and fetus.

  6. Why would skin diseases be an excuse for an abortion?

    How about genital herpes?

Or if the woman CHOOSES to terminate the pregnancy.

It’s just a bunch of hypocritical religious nutjobs from the 16-17th century still trying to insinuate themselves into a woman’s right.

“History of abortion laws in the United States
According to the Court, “the restrictive criminal abortion laws in effect in a majority of States today are of relatively recent vintage.” Providing a historical analysis on abortion, Justice Harry Blackmun noted that abortion was “resorted to without scruple” in Greek and Roman times.

[7] Blackmun also addressed the permissive and restrictive abortion attitudes and laws throughout history, noting the disagreements among leaders (of all different professions) in those eras and the formative laws and cases.[8] In the United States, in 1821, Connecticut passed the first state statute criminalizing abortion. Every state had abortion legislation by 1900.

[9] In the United States, abortion was sometimes considered a common law crime,[10] though Justice Blackmun would conclude that the criminalization of abortion did not have “roots in the English common-law tradition.”[11] Rather than immediately arresting the women having the abortions, legal officials were more likely to interrogate these women to obtain evidence against the abortion provider in order to close down that provider’s business.[12]”

Is trump teaching yall dotards to lie too….I never believe the false news put out by the WH….furst he stole 32vmillion dollars from the people of puerto rico with his scam, then he he did not know that they are Americans…now this,

“When we thought that “Can Donald Trump possibly get any worse?” Trump does something that leaves American people in bewilderment. The Washington Post has published a report claiming that the Trump Administration has curbed lawmakers and aid from travelling to Puerto Rico.
Trump’s decision came days after Democratic lawmakers criticized his response to the crisis. Representative Nydia Velázquez (D-NY), who had recently visited Puerto Rico, condemned the president on CNN News. She slammed him for his lack of focus on Americans suffering in Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands and engaging in war with the NFL players. while millions suffered in Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands.

Marco Rubio, the Republican Senator from Florida, had visited Puerto Rico and was displeased with the conditions prevailing in the island. He too slammed Trump for the “Katrina-styled” destruction on the island. Annoyed Trump, issued a ban on visiting Puerto Rico on Monday when several lawmakers scheduled plans to visit the island and assess the damage.

Puerto Rico’s ports have been damaged, making it hard to deliver supplies to the desperate island. Hurricane Maria hit the island a few weeks after Hurricane Irma. The island is without power and nearly 50% do not have clean drinking water.
Trump insisted he will visit on Tuesday to decide what should be done.”

But yet, in the Caribbean, poor islands like Barbados, Antiqua etc can find ways to land supplies on beaches in Dominica and other even worse destroyed islands, so the people dont die from thirst and hunger,

….the US army and navy has amphibious vehicles, tugs and barges, trucks, they can parachute in tons of supplies….

Got enough relatives in those forces so I know exactly what they got. .

  9. The fake news media, led by CNN is trying to accuse Trump of negligence in Puerto Rico, because that tactic was effective against George Bush after Katrina.

All lies, WW&C. Trump has over-performed in Puerto Rico. He has declared a disaster, scheduled an official visit for next week, sent in FEMA with unlimited funds, and his White House staff is preparing special legislation that will be presented to the Congress next month. It will authorize a comprehensive relief program for Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands.

Trump is The Man. Go Trump!!!

  10. Yeah its trumps fault, not the years of mismanagement, not the poor codes, trump bullyied mother nature into attacking PR twice. He should have sailed ships into the on coming hurricane so they could be there when or if it passed over the island better yet he should have been there as soon as he got into the whitehouse digging trenches to put the electrical underground so it woudnt have been affected he had nothing else to do .Yeah it is trumps fault because he hates puerto ricans because he is racist But whos fault will it be if barbados is hit oh yeah trumps.

As far as I know, abortions are quite safe and done in the sterile environs of doctors offices these days, I have not heard the term backstreet abortions since the 60s or 70s…..

…GP seems to know a lot about these illegal abortions.

With so many doctors skilled in D & Cs, particularly in Barbados and all over the Caribbean, why would any female who decides to abort go all over the place looking for a backstreet butcher.

Besides…there is the morning after pill.

The world has become modernized, you dont even hear about back street abortions in US anymore, not wth all these modernized clinics and privacy laws.

  19. In the US lots of abortions are done by Planned Parenthood. Not exactly back street abortions right?

But the horrific stories emanating therefrom is not a pretty scene.

Where ever you have your abortions done the complications are the same.

In the case of the lass in 1977, the abortion occurred in the office of a BOARD CERTIFIED OBS and GYNAE SPECIALIST

  20. @Well Well & Consequences Observing Blogger. September 28, 2017 at 7:48 PM “GP seems to know a lot about these illegal abortions.”

Abortions were illegal at the time GP started to practice medicine, so yes I expect that he saw plenty of the results of illegal abortions.

A relative who was a medical professional at the QEH in the 1960’s saw plenty of D &C’s done to correct illegal incomplete abortions.

If we want to know the truth we need to ask our mothers, sisters and grandmothers, and aunts, those Bajan women who were born before 1967 and who became of child bearing age before abortion was legalised in 1983.

    Go ahead, ask them.

It does not take anything away from your knowledge.

Dont all doctors study anatomy and pathology and then specialize in their chosen respective disciplines.

YOU OUGHT TO BE IN THE MEDICAL MUSEUM. YOUR BRAIN MUST HAVE ANATOMICAL, PHYSIOLOGICAL, BIOCHEMICAL AND MANY OTHER ABERRATIONS NOT FORMERLY REPORTED IN THE LITERATURE.

I SEEK TO SHARE IT SIMPLY

    DAVID,

i do not know the bishop/pastor/elder (all interchangeable terms in the NT) who submitted this article.

Whereas is knowledge of the subject may be limited, he obviously has good reason for concern. Perhaps he has had to counsel persons in his flock, or that are associated therewith.

With the severe economic situation in Bim the abortion busyness is booming as usual. Abortions is big busyness. Many use it as their means of contraception. Some can pay the trained “Herods”. Today, I suspect many have reverted to the not so skilled, and thus causing the bishop/pastor/elder to interdict.

I have presented what are the medical indications- not what many women here and there think it is, as is very prevalent in the US currently.

I have also presented information of what I have experienced, and a few slides of the female pelvic area to illustrate the difficulty/pitfalls of the process for both the trained and the untrained.

i have reported what I witnessed that occurred at the hands of an experienced Board Certified Gynaecologist, who did these procedures routinely.

ABORTION is MURDER…PLAIN AND SIMPLE AND IT IS DANGEROUS EVEN IN THE HANDS OF THE EXPERIENCD.

IN THE US PLANNED PARENTHOOD WAS INITIATED AND DESIGNED BY A WHITE WOMAN WHO SOUGHT TO ERADICATE THE BLACK RACE. THE MAJORITY OF ITS CLIENTEL ARE THE POOR AND BLACK WOMEN.

THE PSYCHIATRIC FALL OUT AND COMPLICATIONS EXPERIENCED BY THE MANY WHO HAVE HAD EXPERIENCES IS IMMENSE AND OFTEN NOT DISCUSSED.

IN THE PASS i HAVE COME HERE JUST TO MAKE A SIMPLE CONTRIBUTION, ONLY TO BE TOLD THAT WHAT I HAVE PRESENTED CAN BE GOOGLED AND OTHER NONSENSE

I WONDER IF IT IS WORTH THE TIME

THERE ARE HUNDREDS OF DRS IN BARBADOS, YET NONE OF THEM COME HER TO SHARE.

I THINK IT IS BEST THAT I RETURN TO THE SHADOWS AND LET WELL WELL TEACH THE BU AUDIENCE, ALL THAT SHE HAS LEARNED FROM HER WELL EDUCATED FAMILY.

    GOD BLESS

There is a valid reason why US has…WIC ..which continues for 5 years after each birth…

Why Canada supplements support for children who are born there….

  40. @Georgie Porgie September 29, 2017 at 8:31 AM “With the severe economic situation in Bim…Abortions is big busyness. Many use it as their means of contraception.”

    Why?

Since condoms can be purchased starting at 3 for $1.00 BDS the last time I checked; and since oral contraceptives pills can be had for between $6.00 BDS and $30.00 for month, and since a woman who already has multiple live children can obtain a tubal ligation at the QEH free at the point of delivery, why would any woman, especially one who is experiencing economic stringency use EXPENSIVE abortion as a contraceptive?

I haven’t had, caused, or performed any abortions but as a person who accesses medical services in Barbados and with your information that Bajan doctors have become rich from abortions I can imagine, that an abortion may cost between $500 and $1500 dollars, so why would anybody use expensive abortion as a contraception, when other methods of contraception are cheaply and readily available?

  41. @David September 29, 2017 at 8:55 AM “BU’s concern is that with fornication a wanton pastime the inevitable outcome is that we will be having more and more abortions. The fact our women’s groups and bajans in general are not concerned about the issue should be a reason for concern.”

  43. On another medical story, the Government of Jamaica is making the HPV vaccine available to young females. Some commentators have protested the administering of this vaccine which is said to help protect women from cervical cancer. In Trinidad when public health officials announced a similar program, the Catholic church objected. I am interested in hearing GPs views on this vaccine not only because he is a medical doctor but that he has extensive experience in Public Health matters.

I may be misrepresenting the position of Catholic church but I am told that one of the arguments against the HPV vaccine is that it is facilitating premarital and extramarital sexual relations! I think GP is also trained to address the religious/theological implications of this issue if such do exist.

  44. Ping Pong
I dont think that any church group can/should argue that the HPV vaccine will facilitate premarital and extramarital sexual relations. Such activities have occurred from time immemorial and will no doubt continue until the White Throne Judgement!.

The church has a right to object on moral/Biblical grounds…….and they ought to.

However, since sexing will continue unabated anyway, Public Health Departments have a duty to the public they serve to PREVENT DISEASE as much as they can, once the vehicle for delivering the vaccine causes minimal side effects

As you know judgement and proper balance must always be used with knowledge…….. though not always easy..

The church must always harp on ethics and morals.. After all 1 John 2: 1 teaches that we must not sin. However, 1 John 2: 1b- 2 seems to indicate that God knows that will sin and he makes provision for this. We are there told……..

My little children, these things write I unto you, that ye sin not. And if any man sin, we have an advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous:
And he is the propitiation for our sins: and not for ours only, but also for the sins of the whole world.

JESUS -1 paraclete 2 perfect one 3 propitiation
This is a good outline for this verse, what do you think?

  45. The majority of women in North America are infected with strains of HPV, have been infected in the past or will become infected during their adult lives.

I’m assuming the same is true for Caribbean women, and since some forms of HPV cause oral and throat cancers, men (and lesbians like Mia) should beware and avoid oral sex.

This is an argument for vaccinating both men and women. I am a Catholic, but facts are facts. That’s why I don’t drink from the chalice at Mass.

  46. See also i John 1: 9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
    Aint that nice?
Dat dont mean that you must sin wantonly now Ping Pong lol.

  47. @Ping Pong September 29, 2017 at 11:55 AM “I may be misrepresenting the position of Catholic church but I am told that one of the arguments against the HPV vaccine is that it is facilitating premarital and extramarital sexual relations!”

    What???

Human beings do not typically ask permission before they engage in premarital and extramarital sex, and specifically they NEVER ask their popes/ priests/pastors/parents or partners for such permission.

The HPV vaccine will reduce the likelihood of a young woman becoming infected with the human papilloma virus and developing cervical cancer. And it works just as well for unmarried women as it does for married women. Viruses have no interest in a person’s martial status nor in their religious belief.

And we do understand don’t we that husbands [and wives] can transmit sexual infections to their virginal Christian, Rastafarian, Muslim, Jewish, Agnostic and Atheist wives [or husbands]
