How many more must die?

Is the crime situation out of control?

Two more murders in Marley Vale, St. Phillip less than 30 days after Prime Minister Freundel Stuart assured the country in a statement on the 10 August 2017 that “we have to strengthen our policing and our courts have to send very strong signals that as the guardians of the values of our society they are not going to tolerate this kind of behaviour”.

The number of murders for 2017 has surpassed 2016 with four months to go.

    Yes there is a shadow Barbados composed of respected players in civil society, the accountants, bankers, lawyers, public servants, private sector players who conspire to manipulate the politician, media, police, customs and other key players. To dismantle it is a recipe for chaos given the extent the wickedness is entrenched.

    Hi notice Mia locking horns with the nation alleging that they printed an untruth to her words which depiticed her as stating she is ashamed to be a barbadian
    But truth be told her continuance of lashing out in the most negative tones about barbados all but makes one wonder if she IS ASHAMED to be a barbadian.
    I have yet to hear MIA say anything meaningful or positive about the country from he rants of Doom and Gloom to her most outrageous description to Haiti her words do send messages of a person who would be ashamed of their country
    It is hard to rescind what the mouth says after it is spoken .As a “lawyer”she should be mindful of such facts

    I must disagree with you. I think that the members of the Government care deeply. It is just that they are as dumb as ass, do not know what to do and are too dishonest to admit it and leave the scene gracefully.

    Recently, a sitting minister of the Crown was involved in a vehicular accident, his car was sold and the buyer could not get it registered. When he attempted to do so, the Licensing Authority refused because there was no record that the car ever landed in Barbados.

    My understanding is that the dealer did some fancy backdating and the new owner finally got the car registered.

    Another case of fraud swept under the carpet. The end or is it.@@@@
