Alzheimer's disease

Have a read of the attached article. These people are now finding that there is a major link between these 2 conditions, something I’ve been saying forever. What they need to recognize is that these are not diseases in themselves but symptoms of a broader condition that gives rise to other conditions as well (hypertension, sexual dysfunction, heart disease). I call this disease Chronic Metabolic Collapse Syndrome and have written on it at least 10 years ago. We will never be able to fully deal with chronic non-communicable diseases (NCD’s) until we recognize this underlying truth.

Research will be forever ongoing, results and determinations will be forever changing.

‘Chronic Metabolic Collapse Syndrome’ sounds like an impressive title.

If you mean by this, that humans have been bypassing the NATURAL foods and supplements that are IDEALLY designed and configured to enhance and support our bodies and minds, …and replacing these with processed shiite, specifically designed to make profits for a set of selfish, albino-centric, devils – thus disrupting the natural, brilliant, metabolic body systems which are BBE- ENGINEERED to look after themselves masterfully for over 70 years….then Bushie is on board.

Few things can be more obvious than the fact that ‘we are what we eat’. Yet we have hordes of bowls gorging themselves on KNOWN shiite, and somehow expecting to avoid destroying their health….and f***ing up their system.
…then they flock to ‘doctors’ (who make their living, and pay for their BMWs, on the backs of such sickness in the first place) to ‘heal’ them.

NOTHING in this ‘enlightened’ world of ours seem to make sense. Yet we continue to do what we have always done – and expect that somehow, things will improve…. like true brass bowls.

This article is about America but it has many parallels for Barbados and highlights areas we need to be examining. It shows clearly that prevention is better and way cheaper than cure. However, we need detailed information on how to prevent. This can only be achieved through education and incentives.

  14. David,
..And EXERCISE. Nothing takes the place of exercise. We have beaches we can walk on Good weather and sunshine all year round. There is nothing to stop everyone from exercising. Walk and run, lift weights (a pep bottle of water, or where mixed with sand is a good substitute for weights and costs nothing.) It just requires discipline. I notice that more people are exercising but not enough. There are too many obese people, especially the women, look at Q any thursday night or go there a thursday afternoon. In the old days the ordinary man got plenty of exercise because they had to walk everywhere. From town to anywhere in the country meant walking.
Exercise is the answer, not singly, but as part of the overall strategy.
