Am I to deduce that you infer that despite the arguments, opinions and critiques, the respective administraitions will not be broken down or change their ways and to wit, blogging for this is futile?
Or do you refer to the greeting of mine, that such ‘always’ is an impossibility?

In fact write just one letter. Make copies. SIgn every one. And one morning before half past sever go to the Post Office and have the letters sent special delivery. Ask every one of the parties to propose a solution and ask them to fix a date for implementing the solution.
