Obama which highlighted the problems that they are grappling with and that we, with our fragile tourism based economies, must address.
Previously, I did not write it because of two things – I was unwell, for a while, and then I figured its content was going to attract “attention”.
One section already does its “monitoring” and I have grown accustomed to that but the other section, the Weekes’ detractors, the ones who still chant “man he is the fellow suing CARICOM and the government”, will instantly be drawn to my remarks, like flies to excrement.
In 2006 I sat with a particular officer from an agency which I can’t call its name and outlined one of my patents which deals with “Curbside Threats & IEDs”. That party went straight to a subcommittee of the Department of Homeland Security, made the representation as if it was his own, and every single one of the “threats” in Washington DC was removed in the weeks following.
That was also one of my patents pending, an omnibus, the list continues to grow, yet I am no richer. Hope springs eternal – the pauper’s panacea.
During that mission in 2006, our team met with, and discussed our patented Cross Border Traveller Vetting solutions with the Directors of said US HDS and they subsequently implemented US-Visit (a variant of one of my patents) which is in use at every US Port, up to today, and which for 8 years, the Registrar of the Barbados Courts, can’t get my company a date in court, and have lost the file CV 191 0f 2007.
Keep your eyes on the prize readers, that CV 191 0f 2007 was just the “30 second advertisement”. We have not stopped with that matter as the matter with the Inter American Commission for Human Rights will soon show.
The point that I seek to make about those two patents were rapidly subscribed to, and actualized, because they were “visible” and therefore, for the average mind, as touchable produce, they were easily achievable and were subsequently created.
Which brings me to George Bernard Shaw who said “”I hear you say “Why?” Always “Why?” You see things; and you say “Why?” But I dream things that never were; and I say “Why not?”, This quotation is erroneously attributed to John F Kennedy, born some 60 years after Shaw.
At the same time that our company was promoting those of its patents and patents pending that were “touchable”, I had what was/is a patentable “business process” which, as incredible as it may seem for that time, spoke to the matter at caption “Combatting Homegrown Terrorism” and when I spoke of the imminent issue of what I say as a “homegrown” flavour of this Jihadist John, in the jurisdiction, you can imagine the reception that my prediction and the solution had because:

It not “touchable” for these 1st world citizens and supposed visionaries,

It came from a 3rd world country’s citizen, with a “foreign accent”, speaking about an intangible that “we are the world” Americans can’t see, and furthermore, given that the problem “does not exist”, how can this man know of a way to “diminish” the unknown threat ? and

according to the US officials that I was channelled to in 2006, “homegrown terrorism would never happen in the United States of America” . (I would write their names but it would probably get them fired wherever they are in 2015).
As you may understand after reading the short email attached, by 2010, I had tried, 4 times, to submit a proposal for this “growing challenge” which was just budding them but is now on the increase, not only in the US, but worldwide.
Homegrown Terrorism is a problem which now manifests itself at least once a month, in diverse places all over the world.
Once the cattle break out of the corral, it is hard to round them up and even harder to do so, once they have stampeded.
There are a number of people out there for whom terrorism is a business which, if properly fuelled and then strategically stoked, through homegrown terrorism, makes for revenue streams of untold magnitude for this select few of profiteers in their boardrooms.
How many of you know that an AIM-120 Advanced Medium-Range Air-to-Air Missile is US $400,000 per missile and the 120D variant is over US $ 1,500,000?
What’s the point behind this article? Certainly not to repeat the obvious, that US authorities, and others of these governments across the globe, either have no idea how to address the problem while others might, with substantial justification, say, “they have a business interest, in not being “interested” in solutions like those I am offering for sale. (By now, I should have learnt that there are no free rides).

There goes that fellow Weekes again, proposing, of all things, a solution for “Homegrown Terrorism” Who he thinks he is, when Germany, France, Aremica, the UK and all of these places can’t seem to get a handle on this thing! Certifiably Mad!
