Barbados Labour Party could so hastily and precipitously sever all relationship with one of its few
successful representatives in the House of Assembly has confused and disturbed, not just a Party or a Constituency but an entire nation of right thinking Barbadians.

Maria Agard is not a member of the BLP, remember se booted out, kicked out, expelled, removed, tossed on her head, fired, terminated, extracted, laid-off, retired and or sent packing.
Dr. Agard, whether she likes it or not, is now and Independent member of Parliament. After all is said and done she lasted as long as a fart on the east coast road of Barbados. Jackass.

Is this not what the Court is being called on to rule? Be patient.
I am wondering why Ms Agard was not advised by her legal luminaries to appeal to the disciplinary mechanism within the organisation in which she is seeking legal redress to remain. The court cannot make the organisation take her back.
