  1. Jesus man, you mean after all this time and attention and you didn’t work our that CAHILL is Bjerkhamn, Darcy, Maloney and Tempro?

  2. Besides Boyce and the other construction boys (implementation agreement), who stands to benefit from the CAHILL scam? Who is the real beneficiary of CAHILL once its up and running, Barbados Light & Power + Emera?
If BL&P own CAHILL and make money on the sale of the electricity to GOB by way of the PPP, it crosses the BL&P grid for which they make a profit (again), who is the loser? No the people who pay for electricity in the future?

    Clever way around the FTC.

  3. You’re stretching the fantasy a bit far there my friend
If all those guys had a direct or even indirect involvement it would not be in the crapper like it is.

  4. The question begs, who are the real beneficial owners of Cahill Energy Barbados? How do we get to hold politicians accountable who aided and abetted in the robbery of bajans? Will either the BLP or DLP hold any politician accountable via a stay at Dodds on instruction of DPP?

Your post on September 14, 2015 at 9:00 PM, finished by saying ” I SHALL CERTAINLY BE PRESENT.”

Presumably you meant you will be present at the next Case Conference, which will be at 9:30 on Monday September 21 at 393 University Avenue.

See Daily Court List at http://www.ontariocourtdates.ca/dockets_view.aspx?p_id=224062108251125086068136005073026129095033014183.

Please report back to to the BU family as to the outcome asap after the case is heard.

  6. @DD,
That will be MY decision. Nobody but me determines that.

  7. Alvin Cummins

You stated “I SHALL CERTAINLY BE PRESENT” (at the Ridgemount Case Conference this morning I believe.

We are hoping you will share the outcome with the BU family.

    @ Due Diligence

And I can see Alvin Cummins responding

“I certainly will not…wait you like you pay my gas fuh me to drive down deah and park my car”

“I is not wukking for you Due Diligence”

Euphemism for last week after I was assigned by the *** to keep an eye on things up heah for them, I foolishly came here and opened my mouth and was called thereafter and bused by *** and the Barbadian Ambassador to Canada.

You feel dat I foolish, if wunna want a progress report get de President of the BLP Canadian Branch living in Toronto to drive he car here heself …. yuh ***cusswords censored by the ICANN and Interpol Internet Police and the BRPF CID…

DD knows enough bout de ole man dat he don’t feel dat he foolish.

I guess it is DD who is foolish to think that Alvin Cummins will report that Ridgemount has been granted possession of MECCs condo – if that was the outcome.

    @Mocking bird

Did your old buddy sit in at the hearing today?

    Any thing to report?

    Sorry DD,

De ole man left off “de quotation marks that were to have surrounded the purported reported speech (of Alvin Cummins) and text that was attributed to him under “the euphemism”.

I was “engaging” with AC because I too do not believe that he will come back here and report ESPECIALLY if as you suggest that the condo has been assigned to the mortgagor Ridgemount.

All that is needed to further show the real standing of Cowan and her obvious financial woes is a copy of the court order saying such and her “colleagues” here will not be too happy with the ensuing cyberspace conversations and general ambience such will create

Sometimes when do ole man am writing I sometimes get time to go back to make sure that I have been clear.

The problem is that when (a) one takes a long time to write one’s submission (b) and one is an octogenarian without time on one’s hands and given that (c) one suffers with Attention Deficit Disorder you don’t really feel inclined to do all of that smile.

Wunna done know that de BLP already looking fuh ways and means to mek sure dat when dem come into power in 2018 dat dem gine close down dis blog, wunna dun know dat right???

    @ Pieceuhderock …….Have no fear.

The BLP has a lot of really smart people who know that every major news organisation in North America will carry the “Censorship story”.
The investigative pitbulls will be released.

The BLP may have realised by now that this blog should be used to learn “inconvenient truths”.

  12. I was there!!
Spoke with the attorney for Ridgemount, who introduced himself to me. I am sure you already have his report.
By the way, there was A (one) Black lawyer there. Like me he stood out.

  13. PODRYR

    Thanks for the clarification.

    Hants
Not sure I agree that “The BLP has a lot of really smart people…………..” but they probably have some people smart enough to realize the danger of the “Censorship story”

  14. Alvin Cummins

I was not there and do not “already have his report”.

The only black and white that concerns me is what is written down as the outcome of the hearing.

As you were there and the judge’s decision is a matter of public record, please share it with us.

  15. @ Due Diligence.

There a lot of really smart ( intelligent ) people in both the BLP and the DLP.

I will not speak to the character of some of those smart people. I will leave to those who are better informed.

  16. @Due Diligence,
It is not yet finished..There is a date in November mentioned. You will get your report from the sources who have the Written record.

Why would a Bajan lawyer be there at the hearing into a matter between Mortgagee and Mortgagor?

  19. Thanks Alvin

Perhaps “the date in November mentioned” refers to the date the mortgage matures in November

What is wrong with building a gassification plant? Where does the scam come in? I see untruthfulness rearing its ugly head and for what reason i am yet to understand and perhaps feeding on an already bony calf but where is the scam?

  21. The scam was a figment of Mia imagination and the sandbaggers that stuck there big ugly noses in Barbados economic affairs

###Holy moly where are they now

  22. Even Lowe and the refuses to even mention the name Cahill.

    Whats done is done

What is of most interest to bajans is how Mia acquired he LEC without going to Wooding but however was promoted to a status of being a qualified lawyer when a fake a.ss law was passed to give her such a privileged right
It should be of interest to you if your intentions to be recognized as a professional journalist and also the noterity to undertake an ethical role whereby u asked and pursue avenues with due dilligence finding how much corruption was at hand when the law was passed to recognized Mia as a qualified lawyer

    corruption wink and nod
