The case has been made as to exactly why Mottley is unfit to lead anything furthermore a respectable political party, simply put she is a crook and a criminal, in all of this no mention has been made about her role along with Dottin in wiretapping the conversations of private citizens, she is deserving of time at Dodds not in the parliament of Barbados.

The ones against Mottley for Leadership of the BLP are stronger more wise AND MAKING SENSIBLE CONTRIBUTIONS TO DEBATES AS OPPOSED TO THE WEAKLINGS that lend their support to her cause, when the next round of voting takes place she will be evicted from that office and another leader will evolve, you may even see Arthur return to the opposition benches which would be great for the BLP benches, as they have no one to speak on Economic matters under this present configuration and they are bare in this department with his separation caused by the Mottley Lack of Leadership. But, if in some way that was the inference given, then good sir I need to reflect on my writing style and intent because in the context of the politics discussed here there is nothing worthy of elevation to a pedestal.
In general yes, there are many worthy of pedestals but that is based only on the great things (enacting life changing legislation and making critical decisions to lead a nation to glory) they achieved during their tenure.
But on the flip side of that, if your blog was in place 30, 40, 50 years ago I am sure you would have exposed the great Sir Grantley, the even greater ‘Sir’ Errrol and definitely the suave John, Jeffrey (Tom) and the others in matters not too decent.
What of talk of homosexuality, drugs, infidelity and murder in high places, back then.
The current crop like the astute Owen and even my school-age contemporary David would have suffered to, I have no doubt.

I have news for you.There is more in the mortar than the pestle insofar as the Hinkson/Payne court case is concerned.Factually,Payne said he’s going to have his day in court even if he is awarded a penny which he offers to donate to charity.This is not about the 2 combatants.It’s more a
concern of leadership and the skeletons which will tumble out of the kitchen cupboard when things get hot,hot in the court room.Questions will be asked and answered and I know one gladiator only waiting to pounce with heavy fire upon the party concerned.Speak of the sword of Damocles.It will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.If that person can withstand the coming tsunami of facts,they should be on the way to martyrdom and deserving of the sought after role.As for me,I’m like Baffy. And to think that such a frivolous and vexatious case would be heard before the other many cases where ‘innocent’ people have been killed, wounded and robbed with the accused sitting in jail for years with their Constitutional rights to a speedy and fair trial being violated by the same courts with impunity.
