I bin spending countless hours over 40yrs+ at the Strip joints studying my OB GY courses to say nothing about my vast practical experience with my lady!! The only reason I did not become a specialist OB GY is dat I dont want to take my work home! LOL
I do not have anything negative to say about the healthcare system in Barbados. Because it is what it is. But I would think very conscientuously about taking any medical advice from a doctor in Barbados, knowing that that healthcare system lacks the necessary medical technology which would give a patient a fighting chance. Especially, those patients with cancer but of course, I am saying this because I now live in the US.
But the reality is if you have cancer and lives in the US, you stand a fighting chance because of the worldwide success rate the US has enjoyed for the treatment of many different types of cancers. Listen! My father’s best friend there in Barbados, has a heart condition: where his hypertension has destroyed his heart valves. (congestive heart failure) And apparently, he has to go to Venezuela to get the operation but he hasn’t any money to do so. Sad isn’t it?
