Anyone listened to the Minister of Finance he not long ago ?
It is now abundantly clear not only the charge of Wire Tapping and Eavesdropping the only dishonest act she has been involved in but it is also being reported that Mottley has not been paying what is due to the VARIOUS office on both Pelican Football and her billings Four Seasons being one such case, now this is the same one who even while crying down the use of NIS funding for Four Seasons is the very same one and the first to draw her cheques from Four Seasons after the injection of the NIS Funds into the project, what are left to believe about this vicious woman beater and FRAUD and Vagabond oh let’s not forget that she is a Mottley do I need to say anything more ?

you are like an ostrich burying your head in the sand. Who was the PM when Dottin was appointed. Didn’t the same Owen handpicked who he wanted promoted in the public service during his tenure. Do you see the GG refusing to appoint the PSC recommendation. Who choses the person to be appointed to the PSC.

yes newblood since the 1974 constitutional amendments were passed into law by the Barrow administration promotions and appointments to most posts particularly senior ones in the public service must first have the blessing of the political directorate so that is not an issue but the issue with Mr Dottin’s tenure according to the allegations rests with Ms Mottley who is accused of aiding and abbetting Mr Dottin in his illegal wiretapping activities even of Mr Arthur or his chauffeur.

I am happy that you will admit that dottin was a creature of mia and owen. and as I said what goes around comes around. In their haste to sideline bertie, they created a monster and now he is like an albatross around their necks.
I though u said previously that the issue was, that he was tried in the court of public opinion r u now twisting your mouth. Please remember that my memory is very good and knowledge of the constitution is excellent when it comes to certain matter. He has a constitutional right to appeal any decision. Power corrupts, and absolute power corrupts absolutely.

except the guilty verdict as evidenced by the general comments on BU and yours as well already handed down by the court of public opinion. Unfortunately, that verdict might very well play a role to Mr Dottin’s benefit in determining the outcome of the charges against Mr Dottin in a matter which is sub judice. -

SUB JUDICE
LATIN FOR UNDER JUDGEMENT a legal term related to the state where a matter is “under judicial consideration and therefore prohibited from public discussion elsewhere.”
I am intrigued by Balance’s comments and his intimation that “the guilty verdict might work out to Commissioner Dottin’s benefit”
I am intrigued for two reasons.
The first being (i) what is being proposed to be in the public interest and (ii) what hindsight oft refers to as “the signs being on the wall”.
I would ask you Mr. Balance to keep the penultimate paragraph of the PSC Report in front of you as you walk with me down the path of geology just a moment to a term – the Mohorovičić Discontinuity or more commonly known as the Moho.
That Geological layer has given rise to a term in contemporary lingo (MOHO) which speaks to a state where solid/liquid/gas transmutes freely based on the presence OR absence of (threshold) energy to excite or retard the movement from solid ice, through liquid water to gaseous air.
Once the particles have become gas THEY CANNOT RETURN TO less excitable (or controllable) liquid or solid states, sine the removal of that energy. (Much like the leggo beasts that the Democratic Labour Party has become)
While it is obvious that the writers (plural) of this document are not of Shakespearean DNA (and noticeably do a stellar-ly poor job of their rendition of stating that “they will not mention particular things yet mentioning the unmentionables”) there are two sentences that smack of the making of a Reichsführer-SS a la Bulbados styling.

There is a place for the Watergates and Wikileaks of this world when those who we entrust to guard become the personification of what we are guarding against.
SUB JUDICE or otherwise the state of being that this report by the Police Service Commission on the then Commissioner Dottin, purportedly aided and abetted by the then Attorney General, and current Leader of the Opposition Mia Amor Mottley potentially, if true, would have put us at a precipice and point of no return where elements in the Moho, meant to be solid or liquid, would have moved to a level of Gaseous Impunity, disguised as National Security, where even you, the current champion of “Under Judgement” matters for obvious scoundrels, would be without any privacy.
We Bajans have cause to weep every single day as a result of the ineptitude of this current administration but, in light of these SUB JUDICE matters that have come to the fore in these times, when a COP under direction from and AG, can tap the phones of the Prime Minister (and his obscure driver) that is something that ALL of us in Bulbados need to be fearful of.
What state of dictatorship are you “pledging allegiance to” Balance when things like this can be happening right under our noses and so-called patriots like me and you can sit down and quote SUB JUDICE in the face of borderline treason????

Matter resumes March 7
Character witnesses will testify next week when retired Senior Superintendent of Police John Mark Annel reappears in the No. 5 Supreme Court.
Annel, of Kenrick Hutson Drive, Lucas Street, St Philip, admitted he had 55 rounds of 9mm-calibre ammunition, as well as 50 rounds of .45mm-calibre, on September 20, 2017.
Justice Pamela Beckles adjourned the matter until March 7.

As I said on Monday, the government did in fact acquire the Pegasus software and has been illegally spying on citizens’ WhatsApp communications. I also again confirm to citizens that illegal accessing and storage of emails and text messages are occurring. This is being done with the assistance of certain ‘hand-picked’ police officers.
Therefore, I call on Minister Hinds to state what is the role of Constable Clement in the Interception of communications? What is the relationship between Constable Clement and Minister Hinds? Why has a junior officer been allowed access to law-abiding citizens’ private messages? Is the COP (Ag) Macdonald Jacob being harassed or pressured by Minister Hinds to do his bidding?
The whistleblower who provided this information also provided names of persons who are being spied upon. These persons are being alerted privately because of safety concerns.
Rowley’s attempt to deflect is negated by his own history of untruths. Recall that he brought fake emails to parliament, said he was not closing down Petrotrin and falsely claimed he did not interfere with the Police Service Commission.
Rowley’s “if you have nothing to hide” defence of illegal spying on citizens is most commonly used by paranoid dictators who violate their citizens’ privacy rights for personal political gain.
This government is spying on the WhatsApp messages of its own PNM members, Faris al Rawi has already become a victim of this illegal monitoring of WhatsApp messages.
I advise all citizens to be cautious with their private communications as there may be law-abiding persons under illegal state surveillance whose names were not provided to me.
I will continue to fight for the rights and freedoms of all citizens of Trinidad and Tobago. I will not allow Keith Rowley’s dictatorship to take hold in our country.

Prime Minister Dr Keith Rowley has said his Government resisted repeated attempts by a former Commissioner of Police to obtain, own and utilise, intercept technology by the T&T Police Service.
Rowley spoke about the former CoP in his statement to Parliament yesterday, where he dismissed Opposition leader Kamla Persad-Bissessar’s claims that Government had used the interception tool Pegasus Spyware Solution to illegally intercept telecommunications and “spy” on citizens.
Rowley said yesterday that Government had resisted the attempts by the former CoP as, “It is this Government’s policy that all such technology should reside within the control of the Strategic Services Agency (SSA).”
The PM said, “It is noted that the former Commissioner of Police indicated that under his tenure, the TTPS did not purchase Pegasus or any other spyware directly from Israel. This former CoP confirmed the procurement of an interception of communication solution under his tenure from 2018 to 2021.
“The procurement of this intercept device by the former CoP was not authorised by the National Security Council for use by the TTPS and the CoP was immediately instructed to provide the hardware and software to the SSA, which he did.”
He added, “Accordingly, the former CoP recently revealed that whilst the TTPS did procure intercept technology under his tenure, it did not use it while he was Commissioner of Police and this was the context of his statement.”
Rowley added that the interception of communication technology procured by the TTPS in 2020/2021 was never used by the TTPS to conduct intercept data in motion.
“The SSA maintained control of the servers prior to receiving the physical devices from the TTPS and our reviews show no interception of communication activity by the TTPS,” he said.
“Accordingly, I reject the false narratives that the state is using Pegasus, that the TTPS is conducting interception of communications outside of the suite provided and controlled by the SSA, under the laws of T&T, and that there are any individuals being targeted by law enforcement for intercept who are not under suspicion of being involved in serious criminal activity.”
But in an immediate response, former CoP Gary Griffith accused Rowley of misleading Parliament.
He said, “There are several witnesses to the negotiation for the cited equipment both inside the SSA and the TTPS.
“To begin with, I repeat, we do not have Pegasus in T&T. The Prime Minister doesn’t even know the name of the equipment he’s speaking about. No such equipment can be purchased without the knowledge and approval of the Minister of National Security and the Head of the National Security Council.
“No one ever took anything away from the Police Service, nor did anyone buy any piece of equipment without authority. I have documentary evidence of communications between the then Minister of National Security and myself on the acquisition of the equipment, as well as on how it should be used.”
He added, “The TTPS and the SSA had joint discussions on the intercept equipment. Both felt the equipment could be misused if it ended up in the wrong hands.
“As a result, an agreement was made that allowed both to serve as check and balance on each other.
“The equipment was essentially split in two, which forced SSA to have to inform the TTPS when they needed to use the equipment and vice versa.
“I also have a template as to how this arrangement was to be operationalised.
“As usual, Prime Minister Rowley cannot separate national security from politics. Nothing happened as he described, it’s an entire fantasy.”

Dear David, you need to take the greatest precaution as every piece of printed paper carries the identity of the printer emails sent to you need to be scrubbed and use Tails when you are copying and saving any files so no hidden info is embedded. My source has told Dottin the spy chief and his men are illegally loose and intercepting. They are also scared of what they are doing as it may come back to incriminate their deeds and using face to face convos.
