Sir COW came with papers and offer of money to buy the entire Estate. Violet Said NO, Now why would COW come TO Violets to but what the world of Barbados claim to be his Already.

    Bank accounts were in Barclays BANK. The BANK seemed to be bought out by FIRST CARIBBEAN BANK. As we know probate papers dont have COW not Ham name on it. So where did the money go?

    Police and the govt not even looking.

    Calling the FBI DEA CIA Mi6 on this Fraud. All of what Madoff, Standford. Petters and Rothstein combine the number cost of this Farud is worth more than a Kings wealth .

    Don’t know who referred him [Cheltenham] to the United States Embassy [Bridgetown, Barbados], BLP or DLP government, but Cheltenham now exposed by name. . . . dat not funny. The United States Embassy [Bridgetown, Barbados] must now update listing, delete him [Cheltenham] and surrender it to the United States. He is a risk [dangerous], cannot be trusted, Sir Charles O. Williams the same, dangerous, cannot be trusted.

    He, Sir. Richard Cheltenham not found on current United States Embassy listing [Bridgetown, Barbados], he, however, does appear on the 2009 listing. That Cheltenham may no longer linked to the United States Embassy [Bridgetown, Barbados], he was in 2009.

    Violet was an old woman. She did not know what she was dealing with. She did not know that these people whom she made contact with was wicked, extremely. She could not fight them. Flip side of the coin, Sir Richard Cheltenham and C.O. Williams were lawyers found Violet SITTING ON A GOLD MINE and within reach. The opportunity to steal was made easy. It was just so easy. She gave them the deeds. Six months later the deeds couldn’t be found. Further on, the deeds somehow, somewhere surfaced. Plantations that rightfully belonged to Violet were sold. The Plantation Deeds man says that “plantations at auction were sold in groups, with at least one great house”. The deeds likely were NEVER lost. They stole mega money from an old lady. The government allowed this; the Barbados Labor Party government (BLP) with Arthur at the helm.

    Sir Richard Cheltenah had posession [those deeds], didn’t deny it. He should be barred from practicing law, persecuted and convicted. His property and everything he owns should be conficated.

    The United States I know will bark about the crooked lawyers on file, United States Embassy [Bridgetown, Barbados] as did the disgust of Raul Garcia. United States Secretary of State, Hilary Rodham Clinton in her human rights report [May 2012] barked at Barbados about Raul Garcia.

    Raul Garcia is a natural born citizen of Cuba. His place of birth is Cuba, not the United States. So he, Garcia rightfully belongs to Cuba.

    By the way, did you know that Barbadian Andew Watts in the United States was persecuted and convicted [identity theft]. According to court documents, Watts between 2007 and 2011 filed false income tax returns in the names of deceased tax payers. He will serve 114 months in prison and ordered to pay 1.4 million in restitution. He, Watts inevitably will return to Barbados. Barbados may not offer to take him back, but he [Watts] rightfully belongs to Barbados.

    Those plantation deeds rightfully belonged to Violet.

    Eliminate the word crook from your comments – LOOK- Raul Garcia was raised in the US, the least the secretary of state could do, since she saw fit to criticize Bim, if that is what she did, is take back the product of their system.

    It’s sad to see people’s pain when injustice is piled on them and the culprits are made to go free, because the laws are not suited to the times. A lot of injustices perpetrated over the years will go unpunished, because the guilty will manage to go to their graves free of punishment. let’s hope they suffer greatly on this earth before they pass on.

    The United Nations also critizes Bim about Raul Garcia. The United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights, Navi Pillay wants Raul Garcia set free. Why? Why detain that man? Why not the ones that rightfully deserve it: Owen Arthur, Mia Mottley, Dale Marshall, George Payne, Gline Clark, Leroy Parris, Sir Richard Cheltenham, Charles O. Williams, etc.

    Time for a change, Deeds may accomplish doing just that. He’s making a lot of noise. I heard the noise here on the North American Continent. He, Deeds just will not shut up. All that noise, it’s justified. Violet was an innocent old woman. She, Violet had no idea what she was dealing with. She did not know those lawyers she made contact with were wicked, extremely. They, Sir Richard Cheltenham and Charles O. Williams found Violet sitting on a GOLD MINE and within reach. They stole those deeds. It was easy. It was just so easy. Violet gave them the deeds. Six months later, they could not be found. Further on, some how, some where, the deeds surfaced. Those plantations that rightfully belonged to Violet were sold for millions. That was humilating.

    Speaking at a political meeting at the corner of Deacons Road, Owen Arthur said “the island had been humilated by the recent S&P downgrade. “We have been reduced to junk status and someone has to be held responsible for it. He, Arthur said also that the S&P report must be taken seriously. Violet Beckles also has been humilated by massive land theft and fraud. This must be taken seriously. Someone has to be held accountable.

    Deeds is just one man but one angel, only one killed a whole army in one night (Old Testament/Isiah 37:36). Those lawyers, Sir Richard Cheltenham and Charles O. Williams especially have no idea what they are dealing with. This man [Deeds] is no joke.

    Plantation Deeds will not shut up. He just will not shut up, but people like Deeds are the ones that earn a Nobel Peace Prize. Dr. Martin Luther King, jr. was awarded the nobel peace prize (1964); he demanded non-violent social change but would not shut up.

    Liu Xiabo is a Chinese literary critic, writer, professor and human rights activist who called for political reforms and the end of the communist rule. He is currently incarcerated as a political prisoner in Jinzhou, Liaoning. He was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize (2010) and 1.5 million.

    Deeds may want to check the Caribbean Court of Justice, may want to check a foreign lawyer in Jamaica or Trinidad to get information on any recourse he/she may have at this level and take it from there, this should not just go away.

    Plantation Deeds – Make it your personal business to consult with an attorney in Jamaica or Trinidad, whatever they charge you will be cheaper because of the rate of exchange and they would not have a personal agenda or conflict of interest issues to derail your case, let them check if there are any statute of limitation rules regarding your case. Hopefully, this can be successfully brought to the Caribbean Court of Justice (CCJ) and a decision rendered to find a way to prosecute, expose and jail the thieving, corrupt parties involved. Would love if this hits the international courts, the apple tree will certainly be shaken and all the rotten apples will fall out. Time to shut down the shop of thieves.

    Statue of Limitation would and or could be the only thing that would stop this case. If so, it would not change fact of what happened and all those damn lawyers inolved in it, Richard Cheltenham especially.

    Have known of so many instances where bajan lawyers defend both the plaintiff and the defendant, both the plaintiff and the insurance companies, while sitting on the board of the same insurance company, plaintiff can’t win in personal injury cases. Lawyer representing both the landlord and the tenant, stealing property from the landlord to benefit the tenant, once their cut is sufficient during sale of property. No one caring about conflict of interest rules, just lining pockets. So many people have lost properties.

    To tell the truth the US Embassy would not know these culprits personally, only referring them through word of mouth or law firms. Remember Thompson, Prime Minister, Attorney for CLICO while representing plaintiffs I knew who had Personal Injury cases WITH CLICO, while representing LEROY PARRIS and BILLING CLICO for MILLIONS AS LEGAL FEES, while still the attorney for CLICO, when there is an attorneys fees schedule with a limit, and it is certainly not in the millions. Just check out that nasty corruption. Should I really go on, it gets a whole lot scarier than that.

    Forget the Nation Newspaper – Joe Jordan went to them to expose the injustice being perpetrated by foreign whites because of the land HE (Jordan) owns in Sunset Crest, see what they did to him with the help of the INJUSTICE SYSTEM. Joe Jordan is a black man in a majority black island Barbados, all this is being done to him by black people trying to protect the same foreign white. Go figure!!! As I said don’t blame the white man, put the blame squarely where it belongs.

    Bajan guy owns quite a few properties in sunset crest, from the Jordan Supermarket family, easy to find him in Sunset Crest, he would give you the whole story. The long and short of it is, bajan blacks would prefer to see foreign whites with all that land and property than to help one of their own keep it. They even allowed the whites to pay them to try to kill this guy, one of their own. Sometimes you get so disgusted with that lot. Thing is some of these same slimy, gutless lawyers who view this site are part of the equation. It gets even worse. If you are in Bim, go have a talk with this guy.

    Well Well @ Jordan Supermarket family, this group i seen before and the Head father said to US , that he will pay Violet Beckles when she gets paid for the Oval. All of Jordan Markets is on the land of Violet.
    When you can drive and see the Massive Fraud you may be up all night thinking of how deep and crooked this goes , The same people you run to for help have their entire family and law practice in this.
    None cant move, they are stuck in this deep pool of She-it. The brain can blow a fuse if you are new to this and you take it on.

    Try to collect all the rent from Brooklyn with all the police and Mayor and DA blocking you , Fooling the people against the Truth , Then for them to get the rent and payments and put all the FUNDS in an offshore account under made up names or family.
    Sucking and Sucking with out mercy , wow ,, and at the same time raising the TAXES in every area to the people , Greed and Greedy

    Black people do have respect from other races and other countries, but now BIM, that’s debatable due to a number of highlighting factors: The country at moment is in a state of disarray. It is essentially falling apart. The two government parties, the Barbados Labor Party( BLP) and the Democratic Labor Party (DLP) blame each other. Most of it, blame and shame falls on the Barbados Labor Party; before 2008 they, the Barbados Labor Party ruled (14) years consecutive and yielded more negative than positive and formulated lots of embarrassment. The BLP started the Violet Beckles fire. Another one, another out-of-control fire, Al Barrack; the BLP is responsible for that too.

    I had my experience with the people in Barbados and NONE of what i hear or discover surprises me or makes me lose any sleep. When I was growing up I always heard people called VIPERS. Well you have landed in A NEST OF VIPERS, really hope you survive. I did hear certain things about those properties in Sunset Crest and Sandy Lane, but not in great detail. However, it did smell like something IS STINK.
