In the news recently Barbadians learned about a Court battle over the sale of The Farm Plantation. In 2005 a Court approved the sale of the plantation to Timothy Walsh of Nature’s Produce for $1.5 million. And in a recent court order the 135 acre property was approved to be sold to building magnate Bjorn Bjerkhamn for $1.35 million.

The treasure which has caused wars to be fought continues. On BU “Plantation Deeds” continues his online war to expose a matter which he believes is not being given enough airplay by the establishment. Here are some more documents which includes The Farm plantation and the Urban Development Commission (UDC).

Yes we know, BU is not a court of law BUT an online medium which allows the ordinary to give vent to concerns.

    After An Audit By PM David, She was removed/transferred, I know and met this woman face to face.

    After being removed, I found her now at the Land Registry and you will or might see her name on documents now.

    Our Question: how can Cummings now be trusted with the Beckles DEEDS?

    BU understands that Beatrice Henry took a young boy off the street who later became her stepson although no “paper work” was done to adopt him.

    Was he given Power of Attorney and misused it and had it subsequently revoked.

    I hope that none of the fraud persons in our 9 years of looking is any of your family or close friends.
    It maybe that you work with some of the same Persons named in Our records.
    What we see is that if a law firm was doing business in Barbados for more than 30 years they have a BIG HAND is this Massive Fraud.
    The Island seem to be broken up in sectors which the Master minds Control.

    Again attempting to slander the names of individuals. Edghill was removed for wrongfully hiring a Deputy, he took the government to court and won over $900,000.00.
    Mr.Lavine was David Thompson’s friend since he was a student at Combermere and working at CBC. This was revealed by Pedro Stanford, currently Chairman of Transport Board, in a Nation interview after Thompson’s death, Stanford said: “When we were boys at Combermere we worked at CBC for about two years. We used to go and send out thousands of TV licence forms every week . . . that is when we really got tight . . . we used to send out the licences for $20………… Government consultant Sarston “Frank” Lavine had an early influence on them, since he was in charge of the television licensing section where they worked as boys [he] always looked out for them and treated them as though they were his sons.”
    The two men were at UDC for a combined 15 months yet you are trying to portray them as involved in your fairy tale about stealing land.

    Fraud in Legal Office and Abuse of Court Facilities may be blocked out / buried if it is an inside job involving manipulation or corruption but will still be investigated if you make enough noise, system is there to help you

    Unless DEEDS has a $million + to pay a top class law firm this will not be solved.

    What has happened to Violet Beckles in Barbados is horrible. It is. It really is. It was not accidental or unintentional; it was deliberate otherwise it would have been corrected BEFORE that woman’s demise and without difficulty. The documents alone convinces me. What I see before my eyes are authentic. Some of these readers, I see are yet non-believers. You cannot help a drug user who wants to be a drug user; you cannot help an alcoholic who wants to be alcoholic; you, additionally cannot force a person to believe you.

    As stated previously, you need a lawyer, a damn good one but an international lawyer. I would not trust another Barbados lawyer. I also would not allow matter to be silenced based on negative comments offered on this blog and other related ones.

Romney: ‘it’s possible’ Obama could win but ‘not likely’. Romney had prepared only a victory speech. He had prepared his inaguration and had begun choosing a cabinet. Romney and the Republicans are now so very embarrassed. . . . The joke is on who? A majority of Americans according to journalist Gary Linger (10/03/2011) expect Barack Obama to be a one-term president, an assessment on which, in past elections, the public more often has been right than wrong. The public’s assessment this time was wrong. Keep fighting Deeds.

    You must admit that the “Violet Beckles” claim is worth investigating especially since Caswell Franklyn found “problems” related to some of her land.

    DEEDS may sometimes sound irrational but he has produced documents that appear to be worth forensic analysis by legal experts.

    Just my layman’s opinion.

    No I disagree!! Individuals’ names, innocent tenants, are being portrayed as being involved in fraud for simply exercising their constitutional right to purchase the land they live on. May I remind you that Under Section 4(2), of the Act a person is qualified:
    (a) “who, at 1st November, 1980, is residing on the lot and has been so residing

    i. for 5 consecutive years immediately preceding that day, or
    ii. for 5 years out of 7 years immediately preceding that day: or

    (b) who, at any particular time after 1st November, 1980 is a tenant who has, at that particular time,

    i. been residing on the lot for 5 consecutive years, or
    ii. been residing on the lot for 5 out of the immediately preceding 7 years.”

    It is highly unlikely these people are involved in any fraud and I maintain that their names should have been redacted. I am not at all asking for Plantation Deeds to be denied a platform for venting, but it must be done in a way that does not cast aspersions on people’s characters without evidence.

    The document UDC letter (a). I also now realised that the Vendors were actually listed in that letter, which means that Deeds should be able to file a case against the vendors for unlawfully selling land that is not theirs since he claims to have deeds.

    This whole mess has in it the possibility for a Block Buster with Rihanna playing the part of Deeds and Oprah the part of Violette. The problem would be costs … particularly with the involvement of a team of legal advisers to the script writers, you know how dey likes ta get pay the lions share of anything … HA HA HA

    Enuff @ the list of name does not mean, nor i said had to do with the Fraud.this show the persons that may have paid for land in the UDC dealings, There is a 3 part and the govt pays say 12.50 a sqft and the person on the land for at least 5 year paying rent to the true and real land will meet the requirements to buy the land and get a true deed ” clear title”, By now paying the last part of 2.50 a sqft is the total was 15.00 a sqft.
    This 15.00 now goes to the fake land lord with the lawyer using his name up front,So now the new land owner have paid out to the wrong person, not knowing he or she is not the owner by deed.
    I see BU have removed the list ,
    We send BU more than what you see , so with limited info and now its cut back even more they maybe more questions .
    F.O.I will be a real Bitch if passed for most cant take it now,
    How will the Ministers who are Public Officer to show their true taxes and bank records ? and to find out there are Million in an account off shore,well above the pay grade as a Minister.

    You need more info than to open a bank account
    If you dont have a bank account, and you need one to launder FUNDS , So if you dont have a account on a bank they will not let you send money , for you need 3 months of bank statements ,
    That is the Problem with Barbados , dont call no one name
    Now take that to court , dont call names, then you have no case for people with names did the Fraud,

    We also have list of land tax number to names , If the people have land tax numbers that mean they to have a deed , A deed is first then a land tax number BU,
    So the fact they have a land tax number to their name then means Now they looking to buy land.????With the help of the UDC.
    They are better off renting the land for now they will pay out then get on the tax role for land.again?
    Free money for the fake land lords and most will not care for they getting land at 2.50 a sqft and not having to pay 15.00 on the open market,So a lot of lies to seal the deal on the UDC side , the sellers side and the buyers side, All 3 will be party to the fraud and they have heard or know ,Who the real land owner maybe . As long at the govt is in the MIX, most will say as i heard , Well the govt went along with it.So it must be good????
    All the UDC had to do was ask the owners for deeds ,
    We came with there with deeds and no one said the deeds were bad , but shocked, that there were word listed for the land ,
    Most Bajan like they never seen a deed , most never did , most said the lawyer for our deed or the bank. The dont even know to see if the deed or note was recorded and get a copy from the land registry .

    The info We sent to BU , was also to help others see what info we have on the FARM PLANTATION. All the docs show FARM for 3 different searches , 1st was from www,plantaions.bb that was removed this year so far from from the net ,, our print outs?
    2nd was from the BOOK 1920 that list FARM also as a Sugar Plantation
    3rd was from 1913 Plantations off the internet .
    1913 owner Trimingham 137 acres
    1914 owner Trimingham 137 acres
    1920 owner R.B Parris 137acres
    1924 owner R.B & R.V Parris 137 acres
    1947 owner Parris A.S & R.B 137 acres

    2012 owner Timothy Walsh 135 acres to be Sold?
    What happen to the Other 2 acres?
    And is there is Gap in his title , How did he get and buy this Plantation.? Lets see his deed to see if he bought it from Parris some time after 1947>The new owner maybe getting a good title and not a clear title that maybe and issue ?

    This issue you have raised continues to make many believe it is too incredible to be true. At some point you have to pick a course of action. You have been given advice from layman and legal eagle. You need to steer a course to take you to a destination.

    David @ Yes and We agree, Please dont think this is the only path that we are taking, We also went to the Nation Papers and talk to them for 1hour and 30 mins , With a tape recorder running , They also took pictures and not a word,.near a month now

    Kiki@ Some thing happened with the books , The print out we have Beatrice Henrys name .Now today her name is missing.but the info is the same?.There is also circle stamps that are months out of place.You cant stamp some with dates 2 months before it happened .Just on its face things dont add up nor line up. more than one number is out of order. and no I did not send to BU

    What happened to your obsession with FREEDOM OF INFORMATION? What exactly did you think that would entail?

    Let Bushie tell you what it means to a Bushman:

    It means that all information involved in any matter of National Interest becomes FAIR GAME.

    It means that the traditional calls by the DISHONEST that matters be HUSHED UP because they are “before the Court” (A court which THEY control and dictate) are RUBBISHED.

    It means that those INNOCENTLY exposed in the course of such FOI must EXPLAIN and DETAIL their involvement.

    If someone “innocently” buys property from someone to whom that property DOES NOT belong, it IS A CRIME. Now why the hell should such names be protected? Let them say who they got the land from, which lawyer worked on their behalf and whether they knew of the scam UP FRONT.

    The focus here is JUSTICE and FAIRNESS David. DO not let those with obviously vested interest and diversionary tactics distract us from the mission.

    Another matter relates to those criticizing Deeds’ approach. What is BAFBFP saying? That unless he is bright enough to compete with Jeff, Amused and Legalese he should admit defeat and slink away quietly? NONSENSE.

    Justice is for the rich, the poor, the bright, the dull, the brave and the coward. The only category that Bushie refuses to support are the COWARDS. …..and DEEDS is clearly no coward.

    After going to many lawyers to get funds back nothing so far seen. like a cold case.In the End they went back to Florida and bought new places to live, Closed the deal in 30 days and have a Clear title , no no “fraud good title” , with a TITLE Company Insurance and 2 lawyers not one closing the deal on both ends.And a recorded deed,Held in hand with papers.

    Maybe your BBE quest is not a bad journey after all. On the way you can capture, sorry captivate, the Mamie Miller’s great-grand son. She was a type of the entrepreneurial Beatrice henry cumViolet Beckles but a little bit smarter. She bought many pieces of land back in those days but certainly got good and clean title through her solicitors.

    Just look out for Legalese. He is trying to wrap you up in more legalese. As as said earlier, there is much more in this land mortar than a crooked pestle.

    But you can take comfort from the advice given by your teacher Jesus Holy Christ (XP):

    BU has been working with Deeds to get his message out, against much criticism as you are aware.

    Regarding legalese what is your point? Reread the exchanges and you will see that legalese became frustrated yesterday and bid adieu.

    Enuff raised a concern which we considered as we do all feedback and decided to redact the names of innocent players. By doing do it does not detract from what ever point Deeds was making. FOI yes collateral damage on innocents ? No

    Surprised you would accuse BU of being brow beaten into a position.

    Sometimes you sound exasperated with Deeds. Not everyone is as organized as you are ( indeed NO ONE is as organized as you are…) but he is fighting a brave cause much as you are in your foray into mass communications.
    Bushie recalls early attempts by the small minded to question your grammar, your style and anything to discourage you from your UPRIGHT cause.

    Bushie is seeing the same with Deeds.

    Those names of persons who purchased the land are VITAL STARTING POINTS.
    – Who offered them the land for purchase?
    – Who were identified as the owners?
    – What lawyers were involved and who chose them?
    – What were they made to understand about the deal?
    – Who did they pay?

    This is information to HIGHLIGHT not to hide. Don’t mind Enuff…

    Trust us when we say you don’t know half of it. BU has been working very closely with Deeds. Not everything is known. It is BU who asked Deeds to send us the ‘damn’ documents remember? The Deeds Project has taken a lot of BU time as well. Bushie, BU’s position remains the same, access for all. If we appear impatient sometimes it is because we are human.

    10. (1) ………a qualified tenant may exercise his right to purchase the freehold of the lot of which he is the tenant by giving notice to the landlord, in accordance with this Part, of his intention to do so.
    (5) When a qualified tenant gives his landlord notice under subsection
    (1), it becomes the duty of the landlord to convey the freehold of the lot to the tenant at a price to be determined pursuant to section 4(1). (6) In carrying out that duty the landlord shall (i) cause the lot to be surveyed; (ii) cause the conveyance to be prepared;(iii) forthwith thereafter give written notice to the tenant that he is ready to convey the freehold of the lot.
    3. (1) The purpose of this Act is to establish by law a right for
    tenants of lots in tenantries who satisfy the requirements of this Act to
    purchase the freehold at a purchase price governed by considerations
    of public policy and the requirements of the Constitution. (2) This Act shall receive such fair, large and liberal construction and interpretation as will best ensure the attainment of its purposes.
    The fact is that Deeds can do nothing to disenfranchise those tenants and should focus on who he claims are fraudulent vendors. It is also obvious that redacting the names of the tenants would not have stopped the information you highlighted from being known.
    If you scholars on BU understood the magnitude of the tenantries act you would think twice about seeking to call tenants frauds.
    I do hope you have ‘good’ title to your property as it could very well be part of the Estate of Violet Beckles.

    I am joining with you to ask David not to redact the names of purchasers from the documents. Publicising those names (most of them totally innocent of any fraud) can only help to identify the vendors, their lawyers and others operating in the shadows.

    Deeds; Good luck! I suspect it would be very interesting to see offshore accounts of Ministers (and their immediate family members), hopefully dating back to at least10 years ago. I suspect the offshore accounts of some current ministers should be of the greatest interest since it has been strongly suggested that more financial infelicities, by a greater number of politicians, happened in the last 5 years than in the previous 14.
    If such data exists it might also provide some balance and means of cross checking when current politicians officially declare their financial holdings under the new IL legislation.

    Brown v The Board of Education of Topeka Kansas [1964] [United States] was the back bone of the 1960’s Civil Rights Movement. It reversed Plessy v Ferguson (1896) and broke down all Jim Crow laws. The United States Supreme Court Justice Earl Warren on May 17, 1964 ruled that segregation had no right in the society of mankind. The United States Supreme Court [highest in the land] ordered all states in the union [United States] to end segregation with all but diliberate speed.

    Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. in the 1960’s led the fight for Civil Rights. He [King] forced his voice to be heard, for a good cause – Racial Segregation and Discrimination. Barack Obama in 2008 became the first African American in the United States. This could not and would not have been possible had it not been for Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. and the 1960’s Civil Rights Movement.

    You Deeds have forced your voice to be heard and have been heard. I heard the noice here on the North American Continent. Jim Crow did not and does not exist in Barbados. Plessy v Ferguson (1896) and Brown v The Board of Education of Topeka Kansas (1964) occurred only in the United States. You, Deeds are fighting fraud not segregation and discrimination; this [fraud] does and has occurred in the United States. The United States government at moment is suing Bank of America for mortgage fraud. You, you Deeds need a lawyer, a good lawyer and must certainly approach the court, the Caribbean Court of Justice I assume.

    Deeds is playing it straight, but Lawyers and Government officials accused of Fraud will play dirty. Lawyers will use Bully tactics to sue for ridiculous costs accrued to blindly deny all accusations of fraud, Government will abuse due process.. It’s all going to get very messy

    Speaking at a political meeting at the corner of Deacons Road, Owen Arthur said “the island had been humilated by the recent S&P downgrade. We have been reduced to junk bond status and someone has to be held accountable for it”. He Arthur said also “that the S&P downgrade report has to be taken seriously. Sherene Mongroo also Violet Beckles has been humilated by theft in Barbados [land, money, etc]. This must be taken seriously. Someone has to be held accountable.

    Birds of a feather flock together as does corrupt layers, judges and politicians. Already messy [Violet Beckles Saga in Barbados], already involves dirty lawyers and government cover-up. Deeds, though, needs help, needs a singing choir beyond Barbados, needs to get attention beyond Barbados – the Barbados Free Press & Barbados Underground as did Raul Garcia and will involving legal tender, United States Federal Reserve Note. According to Deeds, legal tender, United States Federal Reserve note is involved. Unlike Sherene Mongross and Violet Beckles, the United States will not accept humilation. Osama Bin Laden is proof.

    Deeds is a brave man, likely will face lawsuits but worse physical harm; he is exposing fraud linked to high elite Barbarians, ruffling their feathers and making them nervous.

    David Thompson knew that Owen Arthur was not an honest man and knew that he himself was not an honest man, but he (Thompson) did successfully impede the Owen Arthur regrime of fourteen years and based on documentation presented by Plantation Deeds made effort to investigate the validity of Violet Beckles’ case. Thompson mudded Owen Arthur’s face with that 75,000 campaign cheque and would have replicated the same feat concerning Violet Beckles, Sherene Mongroo, etc. This mess, Violet Beckles also Sherene Mongroo, Al Barrack, CLICO and VECO handicaps the return of Owen Arthur.

    Thompson now demised escaped confirmation, negatives of any kind. Owen is yet alive and kicking, must answer for his asinine deeds of fourteen years that have train wrecked Barbados. All of the following latches to the BLP with Owen Arthur at the helm; all concludes negative: Violet Beckles, Sherene Mongroo, Al Barack, CLICO, VECO and the Codringer Family deaths at Arch Cot, Britton Hill. These matters must be taken seriously. Someone has to be held accountable.
