In the news recently Barbadians learned about a Court battle over the sale of The Farm Plantation. In 2005 a Court approved the sale of the plantation to Timothy Walsh of Nature’s Produce for $1.5 million. And in a recent court order the 135 acre property was approved to be sold to building magnate Bjorn Bjerkhamn for $1.35 million.

The treasure which has caused wars to be fought continues. On BU “Plantation Deeds” continues his online war to expose a matter which he believes is not being given enough airplay by the establishment. Here are some more documents which includes The Farm plantation and the Urban Development Commission (UDC).

Yes we know, BU is not a court of law BUT an online medium which allows the ordinary to give vent to concerns.

    Moodys and S&P . Shows you from the out side that Barbados banks are Junk.Banks are junk , laws are junk BLP and BLP are Junk . None or some deeds cant be sold on the international market or back any loans with land , FOR the NOTES of the land and house titles are not CLEAR Title ,They may be good to do business in Barbados but not the rest of the World and the Banking sector ,
    Why they move from 70 search to 20?
    Why then the lawyers cant find the Plantation deeds for all to see?
    Why you think deeds took so long to complete or none at all?
    To Run from Plantation Deeds and Beatrice Henry And Violet Beckles
    Why you think they started the UDC.
    If all the people have a tax bill why now they looking for a deed?
    Why the HOUSE never ask for all the land they have in a land bank in the House.
    Why NHC just sign papers to took land and then send to land tax to add the number , Unknown to the owner or owners?
    Where did all the land came from for the DLP and BLP to build all the Govt housing ?

    Agree, Barbados banks are junk. Barbados is now in junk bond status, shit up a creek without a paddle; credit rating is less than pristine making it difficult to acquire capital. Foreign investors, therefore, will be looking into other countries ABOVE junk bond status.

    David Thompson knew that Owen Arthur was not an honest man and knew that he himself was not an honest man, but he (Thompson) did successfully impede the Owen Arthur regrime of fourteen years and based on documentation presented by Plantation Deeds made effort to investigate the validity of Violet Beckles’ case. Thompson mudded Owen Arthur’s face with that 75,000 campaign cheque and would have replicated the same feat concerning Violet Beckles, Sherene Mongroo, etc. This mess, Violet Beckles also Sherene Mongroo, Al Barrack, CLICO and VECO handicaps the return of Owen Arthur. Maybe.

    Thompson now demised escaped confirmation, negatives of any kind. Owen is yet alive and kicking, must answer for his asinine deeds of fourteen years that have train wrecked Barbados. All of the following connects to the BLP with Owen Arthur at the helm; all concludes negative: Violet Beckles, Sherene Mongroo, Al Barack, CLICO, VECO and the Codringer Family deaths at Arch Cot, Britton Hill. These matters must be taken seriously. Someone has to be held accountable.

    I spent a couple of hours with Deeds today, among his deeds; and I can assure you that I only scratched the surface with my 17 parcels of land. This fraud is even more massive than you or I would dare imagine, and the fraudsters read like a Who’s Who in the legal profession in Barbados over the years.

    I now believe that legislation was brought to Parliament to facilitate this fraud. I am referring specifically to section 50 of the Property Act which provides that 20 years is sufficient to establish a good root of title.

    Recall listening to some of that debate and the thought ‘messy’ came to mind. Is there precedent for the amendment in the Commonwealth?

    Barbados is a cesspit of corruption being aided and abetted by both political parties and corrupt lawyers, who by the way gravitate to political parties for the most part. They then use Parliament to facilitate their misdeeds.

    Are you aware that you do not need a lawyer to do land transactions in England. We eventually follow everything from there: can you guess why we have’t followed suit. The answer is simple: the lawyers in Parliament would never let it happen. After all, they must still have poor suckers to rip-off when they are no longer in the House.

    Deeds always sounded to me like the real deal. Glad that you have corroborated much of what he claimed. Now where does “Deeds” and the BU family go from here? How should deeds get the info to the general public? Is the coming silly season a good opportunity for an Eric Fly type of personality to get the info to the public? Could BU do some more? Or is the matter hopeless and stillborn given the prominence, power and perfidy of those involved in the theft?

    This matter will only be resolved in the courts and it is going to be costly. The list of lawyers that have interest to protect is such that it would be impractical to use local lawyers. If people really want to help deeds should be put in funds to go after these bastards

    You are so true and some belong to the Estate of Beatrice Henry, Deceased. Mrs. Henry leased five lots to Laforet for 25 years. The lease expired and the land did not revert to her. Instead, I saw evidence that a German willed one of the lots to somebody as part of his estate. But you know that they can show a route of title of more than 20 years.

    Deeds is running in the Bay land against the PM on a Plantation that is not listed as a plantation in Barbados , But yet we post a deed of 286acres

    The new Party BFP then can past the Freedom of Information Law and show Bajans and the World What the Crooks were doing to US all for more than 14years.
    We went to the NATIONS NEW PAPERS and the tape recorder was running for over an hour and Pictures taken over a month ago
    Its seem that is a NEWS block out on deeds
    The Bajan Reporter never showed up for the 1030am appointment and never called nor even pick up the phone when We called at 1035am

    David @ well it seems they looking for a story to run , but not looking to run the truth , ,Well we looking for a Lawful team not legal , I hope they all check the deeds they have , And dont pay their bank notes unless at the end of the day they can get a CLEAR title.
    For they will need DEEDS to sign off to make it a CLEAR. title.

    over the weekend i looked at the deeds or what u call it relative to a piece of land i bought in 2002, and it makes for interesting readdng, it was originally sold for the settlement of a debt for 90 pounds, and it shows the various owners through the years and I aint see beatirce name. lol.

    Bush Tea@at the end of the day , to me it dont matter the name of the PARTY or who help it get going , As long as we do as we SAY and get it DONE.

    Not to wait for 4 and a half years to give housing or drop gas prices 20 cents before elections. All the tricks the BLP and DLp do to get votes.
    Take what them fool give you that dont belong to them and still vote then OUT on the street and charge them with a new head of police and DPP on them like white on rice.They will need a better lawyer than them self to get off or they can lawyer for each other.RATS

    F.O.I will let us all see most things CLEAR .
    I hope the other lawyers in Barbados who read this go and check their own deeds and see how CLEAR OF A TITLE they may not have and why , and to see why rules and laws maybe passed to cover the Truth.
    If you all think this fraud will last for ever think again.,
    the real 2012 will start in less than 2 days.
    we are now in the year 2011 and 364th day,
    and their world of fraud will end in 2012 as we know it.

    To The Point@ as we know we not claiming the entire Island , So depends on where you are it maybe a Clear title. It may be better to know what Plantation you are on ,
    The white Brit on the right side going up to St James told me to my face her bought land from Violet Beckles and the lawyer Mr Ford and 5 foot tall nothing man sold to him , He said he will go check his deed and never came back. The RISK PLANTATION DEED 690 ACES 1937

    Once in Office they see why they can not or will not pass it.

    Audit of the Island Books will show that the records have been re- written and books and pages missing from the Island History.
    Archives and land Registry ram sacked , hidden , removed papers to hide what Some did ,and others covered up for gains in there over seas off shore bank accounts. Both BLP and DLP living well above their means.
    Beatrice Henry 1892-1985 Will to Violet Beckles 1918-2010 Will to her Heirs.
    After probate in 28of1986 done by Sir Sleepy Smith , Sir Cheltenham was given the Plantation Deeds to Ascent in the name of Violet Beckles.The 18 page statement signed with the Police Fraud Squad in 2009.Police took copies of over 90 Percent of the Information including Plantation deeds .
    When Violet died Aug 23rd 2010 and the PM David died Oct 23rd 2010 the police stop looking .

    The web site http://www.plantations.bb was remove this year 2012 that was to show who owned Plantation and Slaves in Barbados from 1630 to modern times 2012. .
    C.O Williams listed as to own 1 plantation cane field 238 acres. If even that is to be true.
    In 1756 on the Maps of Barbados the Maps will show 2 plantations in the name of Agard and 3 in the name of Jemmot. The Family names of Beatrice and Violet.Those name do not show up in any records of Barbados.Inland Revenue even remove Beatrice Henry and Violet Beckles from there records hoping no one will look or ask for them.
    The so-called 10 greatest Bajan and the Two Queens of Barbados not even listed as even being on the Island , The birth papers and the death papers are here and the same graves at St Mary’s Church in the City.
    The massive Fraud was looked in to and report confirmed the truth . covered up 2002 report called it a Massive Fraud.
    Moving The Land To Please was always heard on the TV and radio.
    This is why the BLP and Now the DLP have to sell over priced land to overseas people and Investors.
    Why people claim they dont know whos the owner are. Law One , All land have an Owner.
    1630 we knew 1730 we knew, 1830 we knew, 1913 we knew 1920 we knew 1926 Beartice Henry bought up 200 to 300 of the over 400 Plantations that makes up All of Barbados and of that 231 Sugar Plantation listed.
    Most whites leave the Island during WW1 and WW2 sold their Plantations, as sugar prices fell, at Auction by D”Arcy Scott.As far back as we see to Beatrice Henry.The records show us from 1926 to 1978 recorded on print out of 1980 and other Deeds showing 1926 and the next 50 years. The Family of H.W Clarke worked for Beatrice Henry for over 50 years as surveyors.
    Next CLICO.its Also clear to us that the BOOKS of CLICO was stuffed with the Plantations to boost the PONZI bottom line. To fool investors to come in with there money like British America .. 9%return on your money and the Banks was at 3%?
    The Al Barrack deal also build in the Lands of this Estate, not paid for, High Court not paid for, Oval not paid for, ABC high way not paid for, Oil in the not paid for, All dealing with land.
    This is Why things are the way they are , looking into this from 2007 front page news over 200 sites found , By DEED ALONE HIGH COURT move against land fraud. Printed but nothing was done as you see investors leaving the island for there are no CLEAR titles to be found,
    New RULES on FRAUD, OH hide it with lies for 20years and now you have GOOD title ,,NOT , Still Fraud, need clear title ,The brake in title between the Land Registry and the Archives is 20 to 30 year GAP , Most lawyers to make the land deal or sale will only go to 20 year and be done.
    Today the PM area is Brittons Hill area or the Baylands? The deed we have is for 286 acres and there is no listing for this plantation in records of Barbados , Ghost Plantation and there is more not even listed.
    Violet paid over 50 lawyers for more than 20 years to lie to her and then take from her deeds
    Land Tax Mr Ford , land tax number moved to other names with out deeds, Mr Cummings with the UDC land Bank with no deeds. Inland rev wiped names off list, Banks Kept her funds or missing, Water company turn on water for crook to make money of rentals but not the owners with deeds,
    The Estate is to have 4000 house ? and all other built buy application and with out Permission of the Owners.

    i suspect this will NEVER end, i believe this has a spiritual connotation to it. we may not know how Beckles’ relative acquired the land in the17th century, we know she acquired it but just supposed some person then put a curse attached to her or the land in such a way that although she may acquired all the properties, her descendants would never have ownership or access to the lands. i only suggest this because this problem is really huge and has transcended generations. I suggest that u go simply to someone who you trust and you believe to have a serious relationship with God; ask them to lift up this problem in prayer on your behalf, do not give up, you might not understand all that is going on but just by reading these documents, i can see that this is not just a matter of fraud, there is a spiritual entity attached to it. everything else has failed, ask someone who walks with and has a living relationship with God to intercede on ur behalf. if you are a born again christian, ask your church to prayer with you. i know as long a God steps in, the problem will be solved i am not interested in what the other bloggers have to say but i am saying to you, if everything else has failed try God

    She, Violet had no idea what she was dealing with. She did not know those lawyers she made contact with were wicked, extremely. They, Sir Richard Cheltenham and Charles O. Williams found Violet sitting on a GOLD MINE and within reach. They stole those deeds. It was easy. It was just so easy. Violet gave them the deeds. Six months later, they could not be found. Further on, some how, some where, the deeds surfaced. Those plantations that rightfully belonged to Violet were sold for millions. That was humilating.

    Speaking at a political meeting at the corner of Deacons Road, Owen Arthur said “the island had been humilated by the recent S&P downgrade. “We have been reduced to junk status and someone has to be held responsible for it. He, Arthur said also that the S&P report must be taken seriously. Violet Beckles also has been humilated by massive land theft and fraud. This must be taken seriously. Someone has to be held accountable.

    Deeds is just one man but one angel, only one killed a whole army in one night (Old Testament/Isiah 37:36). Those lawyers, Sir Richard Cheltenham and Charles O. Williams especially have no idea what they are dealing with. This man [Deeds] is no joke.

    I remember way back in the late 60″s and early 70″s plantation owners were selling out lands for cheap prices. some people bought lots of plots for their kids and grand kids, violet trusted her lawyers, and they knew she was not educated in the laws, and they abused her trust to their advantage, thats all it is, if prominent people took over the lands and own them, there is no way Violet’s family will ever see one plot. I saw a rich landowner in barbados put bowlders around his property, so no cars can even use the street facing his property, although the road belongs to the public. The rich people protect their own, and the poor have to fight and pay out money and nothing gets done. Barbados needs to get with the 21st century, and let people conduct their business like pay bills etc online, that way people would see your tax bill at the land tax department and other places.
