In the absence of eyewitness evidence, as to what actually transpired that night; we are left with whatever ‘forensic’ evidence there is, that will either support or deny GZ story; ALL else is pure conjecture, either way.
Martin: So far, what has been gleaned from his Post-Mortem, suggest that there was no scratches or bruising on Martin’s body.
Zimmerman: Likewise, what has been gleaned, not from the Prosecutor, is, that the Cop who was at the scene immediately after the shooting, said that GZ was bleeding from the nose, and the back of his head; if this is supported by further evidence, such as any photos, which were in fact aired on a major TV network, with blood streaming down the back of his head, AFTER the initial Media hype, which showed GZ looking like a criminal ( in orange garb) and Martiin, a photo of him as a ‘boy’ NOT the 17 year old, 6′ 1″ teenager as he was that night, then, the evidence of physical injuries to GZ head, and nose, would be very supportive of his version of what transpired, ALL else is nothing but conjecture.
All of the other supposed versions of what MIGHT have happened, is pure unsubstantiated hot air, coming from a very biased, RACIAL perspective, ( Blacks) only EVIDENCE, eyewitness, and/or forensic, in Law is what the Court, will be looking at, and any clear-minded Jury, as well.
The Structure, of ‘Justification’ in any propositional Truth Claim, ( as given by GZ) is COHERENCE, as coherence IS our sole criteria for TRUTH.
The Law of Non-Contradiction in Logic, which is absolute truth.
Truth by definition is absolute; AND two competing Truth Claims, (I.e., the Black apologist vs GZ account) CANNOT be both right at the same time and place, they can BOTH be wrong, but they CANNOT be both right!
Therefore, only forensic evidence, coherently presented, will beyond a reasonable doubt, settle this case; NOT Colour, or any racial diatribe; either way!

The media published the photos it has, when this issue blew up due to the tenacity of Martin’s parents could Zimmerman be located? The media has access to mug shots and frequently publish them just like they do of every celebrity or public figure who runs afoul of the law. They couldn’t locate one of Zimmerman in his Sunday clothes so a prison jump suit sufficed (from of his assault of the policeman).
So what about 6 ft black teenagers that your sources find threatening? Is it your premise that if a picture of a 6 ft black teenager was published then the rest of society would conclude that he looks like a thug and deserves to be disposed of?
Media bias in the 21st century, did you just arrive from a distant planet?

Google Earth is also worthwhile in demonstrating how completely absent from the gated comunity and its environs are pedestrians.
Put Twin Lakes, Sanford, Florida in the address bar and look at the gated community. I see no pedestrians whatsoever.
Look for Times Square, New York and you will see that the satellite imagery can pick up pedestrians.
Regardless of colour, a pedestrian would stand out like a sore thumb in that gated community and would not belong in the landscape.
Plus, at night, it may be difficult to see the colour of a person’s skin, only the fact that he may not belong walking in the area.

Let’s say Mr. Zimmerman could only know the colour of Trayvon Martin if Trayvon Martin turned and showed him his face.
He actually has been instructed implicitly by 911 to ascertain the race of the Trayvon Martin. He can only do this by seeing Trayvon Martin’s face or getting close enough to see his hands.
Maybe 911 screwed up by implicitly telling Mr. Zimmerman to get closer.
Having done so Trayvon Martin turns because he is treatened.
At that point all the instructions not to pursue are a waste.
The die has been cast.
Confrontation is now inevitable.
If there is any racial profiling present it has to be from the 911 operator …. but until the operator tells Mr. Zimmerman what to do based on race, the operator has not actually taken a position and has not implicated law enforcement in racial profiling.
I suspect 911 will be reviewing its procedures.

If, the bloody nose, and photographed ‘bleeding, back of Zimmermen’s head, IS varified and authenticated IN Court as valid forensic evidence, how can you then say, “…and that there were NO overarching extenuating CIRCUMSTANCES that can excuse his killing Trayvon Martin.”
If, as GZ has being reported to have said, that Martin Jumped him FIRST, broke his nose, pushed him down on the ground, with his head being bruised, with Martin on top of him, HOW in the name of logical reasoning, could GZ have known at that point in time, that Martin did NOT have a knife, or Gun, in his pocket, OR, what else Martin was going to DO, had GZ not taken his Gun out at that POINT, to DEFEND himself?
Given the forensic evidence thus far gleaned, it IS illogical, nonsense, to say “…that there were NO overarching extenuating CIRCUMSTANCES that can excuse his killing Trayvon Martin.” Emphasis added.
In short, there IS NO coherence, based on the gleaned info thus far known, in YOUR scenario; but such IS the ‘racial’ bias, coming from your camp!

This is a classic case where peeps believe they know what happened BUT the truth is…… NONE of us do!
The critical problem is that the Sanford PD did not make it clear that they were conducting a thorough, professional investigation. This PD has a somewhat checkered history in such racially charged matters, as is very likely true in the South, especially.
Whether the media purposely decided to represent TM as an innocent looking kid and GZ as a thug is debatable BUT that was the effect of the first impression that most people received.
Zoe’s statistical quotes may well be right and much of the crime is based in the illicit drug situation in the Ghetto. Therefore the pressing issue is how to solve the problem?
1 make all drugs legal, therefore causing price collapse and turning illicit drugs from a massive cost into a good revenue generator. Those who use drugs would probably be Addicted no matter what…..they have the GENE that makes peeps addicts.
2 Take the additional revenue and properly educate kids in the Ghetto.
3 Develop several policies designed to lift people out of poverty
4 insist that abled bodied people MUST be working towards a program of success OR cut off $$$$ in assistance. Naturally trade and other policies must be addressed.

OK so I may be ignorant,but to me it is all new,but I beleive most are like me.
Read it the imports of it; amazingly disturbing.
Think about Al Gore and his World crusade about global warming.
Whereas it appears to me USofA KNEW what was hppening and why and that THEY were responsible.
