Here is Tiger Woods former caddie Steve Williams reported to have directed a comment at Tiger Woods which can only be labelled as a racist remark. Many may feel that Tiger deserves it because he has never been one to present himself as the poster boy for Black causes. To think Williams owes Tiger for all the money he has made over the years.

It does not matter how we try to suppress the feeling,  how many Whites feel about Blacks always rises to the surface, especially when under the influence of alcohol.

    Please tell us.

  2. @Sick Woman…

    To the best of my observations, the language you quoted was not contained in the “Source” you provided.

    Might you be trying to distract?

    Or perhaps you have a personal grudge?

  3. @Franktalk
    What an aweful assumption on my part to say Mr Woods Snr learnt discipline in The Military…Why my God Moneybrain is obviously racist too with that leap of logic! FT I said probably based on the said gentleman himself talking in Military TERMS about how he trained the TIGER eg operational procedures. Just so you know I lived next door to a black family in Bim and I know that many black fathers are disciplinarians. Hope this makes you feel better!

    It isnt me that is odorous, if I wanted to stoop to a lower Bajan level, I woulda axe ya to check your top lip BUT I far too classy fa dat.

    The real problem with you is that you lack the ability to comprehend the point, which is that people of all races find reasons to fragment society and race is only one very obvious variable. Divide and conquer is what many are interested in accomplishing.

  4. @David

    *********************
    Why should Tiger be the “poster boy” for Black causes? Are these Black causes in the USA or elsewhere? Are other Black sportsmen required to fulfill this role? Or is the position reserved for Tiger? I don’t hear people demanding this of Kobe; The Williams sisters; or even Derek Jeter ( I know you never heard of him the black athlete who is not recognized as a black athlete) .

    The list of Black athletes explicitly supporting Black causes is very short, here are a few that I can immediately recall: Paul Robeson; Jackie Robinson; John Carlos; Tommy Smith; Arthur Ashe and Jim Brown.

    As I said it’s a short list.

  5. @Sargeaant

    Perhaps it has something to do with the unprecedented global brand which a Black Tiger Woods had.

  6. I have come to realise that people will criticize someone for their wealth and fame especially when it is someone black. The critics , some are bitter and envious and wish the person ill. Many of us here can never achieve what Tiger has achieved and if he wants to foop white women and marry them that is his business. So those of you who feel that he didn’t look at you as marriage material too bad.

    Hants it is very ignorant to say that it is your experience that white women are easy to give it up. YOU are fcuking living in a WHITE country where there are more White women than Black ones. I am sure there are White people here in Barbados saying the same thing about Black women being easy, because there are more of them than white women. So stop tawking shoite!

  7. @islandgal

    You are probably correct but do not let us even begin to believe that we live a utopian way and racism does not exist.

    Don’t agree with you that blacks can be racist to others in its race, not by the definition out there anyway.

  8. @ Moneybrain

    “Just so you know I lived next door to a black family in Bim and I know that many black fathers are disciplinarians.”

    If I had a nickel fa every tyme I read/hear this kind of ‘disclaimer’ or more precisely this kind of ‘CLAIM’ to neutrality and ‘non- racist-me’ I would purchase a ticket to South Africa and complete my ‘PhD thesis on the Psychotic Nature of the Boers who, when children, are loved, garnished and cared for by blacks maids yet when grown abuse them and banish them to places like South Western Townships (SOWETO)

  9. @Franktalk
    What you are really saying is that there is really nothing that a white person can say that you cant interpret as racist, negative, bigoted etc.

    If I said “good morning” to you, then you would hear whitey being condescending.

    If I said “Hi there Bro” to you, then you would hear some white honky trying to be black.

    So regardless of what ever interaction we have you are going to be certain that this guy has a negative motive. Skepticism can be healthy BUT a really bad attitude will consume you NOT ME.

    I am fully aware that a few black people are VIRULENT RACISTS just like some from all races are. There are 2 points that I try to bare in mind with black racists
    1 the history of slavery certainly should have some psychological impact that is difficult for some to overcome and which is reinvigorated by the actions of white et al racists.
    2 I appreciate that they hate white guys like me who have the ability, experience etc to explain that racism is only the most obvious method of discrimination between humans and that humans have many such bad traits that lead to a fragmented society.

    I will refrain from mentioning that many virulent black racists have pretensions of leadership in the black community that are likely to depend on a overtly racist agenda.

  10. @ BU
    It does appear true that a very large number of black people in the halls of Fame and Fortune chooses whites as partners…it makes you wonder how many more would purchase their way into whites beds if they had the means. However I don’t think it is, necessarily, the money or fame that is conducive to the union but the acquired confidence that enable those ‘self-hating’ Niggas with inferiority complex to make the ‘approach’ or possibly due to the fact that such ‘fame n fortunate black persons are socialized away from the black joints by their ‘other than black’ agent and cooperate promoters.

    I can recall attending a Paul Robeson Memorial at a top UK Educational Institution (As a member of the Book-trade fraternity) to discover that I was the only person of African origin there. With all those European ‘top-notch’ there I felt that Paul’s history was, totally, removes from his roost and from us.

    To add a dose of asinine I will say that when the the Black Fame & Fortunates are ‘socialised’ in those white joints they can easily become targets for white gold-diggers but the most likely explanation is the WHITE JESUS CHRIST and VIRGIN MARY SYNDROME.

    Paul (Ol’ Man River show boat ) Robeson was a genius – a black god on earth. That is what white people saw. Blacks would have seen him as a god only if he was born in the image of the white Jesus Christ instead of a “Curly Headed Baby feeling like a “Motherless Child”.

    Paul Robeson, Nelson Mandella and Muhammad Ali can be described as the greatest black men to walk this planet in the last 100 years like ebony gods in their own right.

  12. I once called a ZR driver who was driving with total disregard for road safety an his passengers a “stupid black c&nt”.
    He called me racist.
    I replied “No I’m not. If you were white, you’d be a stupid WHITE c&nt”
    I was merely being descriptive.

    I am waiting for you to describe the difference between a “white” one and a “black” one! 🙂

  14. @Bo Jackman: “I believe that the younger whites will have to shape up or ship out.

    Please note I have won in both arenas (usually the opponent doesn’t show up)….

    Just bear in mind that when dealing with scum the arithmetic is as follows:
    African brain = 33.3333%
    European brain =33.3333%
    Asian brain =33.3333%
    Human brain =100.000%
    It follows therefore that a racist brain = 0000.0000000 %
    Q.E.D!

  20. @MTA…

    I agree with you, but would present it slightly differently…

    AF.Brain = 100%.
    AS.Brain = 100%
    EU.Brain = 100%.
    NA.Brain = 100%
    SA.Brain = 100%.
    ALL.Brain = 100%.

    Racist.Brain = 0%.

    QED….

    Seems you do not entirely accept the principle that “the sum of the parts is greater than the whole”. You assume that there are no racist in each group.
    Seems that racists form a separate “racial’ grouping altogether. Maybe Zoe can explain if these are the creations of his god or the devil!

    My Dear friend … it was not for lack of interest (or ‘worship’ for that matter) it was due to the fact that those ‘invitations’ were controlled.

    @ ya

    “…Paul Robeson, Nelson Mandella and Muhammad Ali can be described as the greatest black men to walk this planet in the last 100 years like ebony gods in their own right.”

    I totally DISAGREE with you; Mohammed Ali for one was a man who suffered a tremendous racial inferiority complex – in my opinion. He has shown great disrespect to other black-men-boxers. He called most of his black opponents animal names: Sonny Liston a bear, Floyd Patterson, a rabbit, Ernie Terrell a cat and (the late) Joe Frazer a gorilla. and tried to humiliate them; yet he showed, comparably, greater respect for his white opponents.

    I saw him in the flesh on two occasion and I saw how he behaved in a social environment where there were only black people…he was like a fish out of water…just swimming around looking for the lightest-skinned woman and when he found two he pull on her hair and said come with me and she and her friend went.

    in my opinion all of Mohammed Ali’s ranting and raving about his greatness was a plea to the white man to recognise and validate him.

    Another time when we shared the same environment he was the same and appeared to have nothing but disdain for the many fans who were lauding him but when white people appeared on the scene he came alive and very effervescent and jovial.

    Nelson Mandela fell far short of the power he merited (through his struggle) and that which was accorded to him when came out of prison and into leadership. The people’s lands that were seized has still not been re-appropriated, the communities have broken-down, violence has increased anf the whites have been given a clean bill of health to do business in the respectable marketplace of the world instead of under the table where they were under the embargos…yes to the extent that they are all-over Africa now making boucou money with greater empowerment; so-far they appears to be the ones who benefited most

    Meanwhile I suppose you would consider Martin Luther King Jr an angel because of his Southern Baptist white Jesus upbringing? Just Asking!!
    I certainly consider Pele and Gary Sobers as Kings!

  27. @ Miller…

    I have said what I know of Brother Paul Robeson.

    All the people you have mentioned have made contributions to the progress of our world but I do NOT quantify them as gods and I certainly do not consider ‘white jesus’ a valuable quantity for anyone…black or white.

    I use the noun ‘god’ to define these great men in the same sense that the Oxford English Dictionary gives as one of its definitions of a god: “a greatly admired or influential person”. Trust this clarifies any misunderstanding that could have arisen in my admiration of these great persons. No intention whatsoever to grant any apotheosis status to mortal men!

  30. @ millertheanunnaki

    Point taken. Much respect.

    PS to answer your query about Paul Robeson…He was an exceptional Artist in every sense of the art, a great entertainer, a proud black-man, a Conscientious Civil Rights Activist and much, much more. There’s an account of him lodging in a prestigious America hotel (no doubt on account of his fame) where he came down one morning to sit and read his newspaper in the lounge which aroused the concern of the hotel manager who politely approached him and asked him to refrain from using the lounge as it might offend some of the white clientele. Mr. Robertson, it was, nodded politely in assent but made sure that he was there early each morning to get the most prominent position where he would be seen by all.

  31. As the one who first brought up Paul Robeson in this thread and as one who has tried to read every scrap of info about him I would like to add that Robeson was more than an entertainer. He was a scholar (valedictorian) at Rutgers and a College All American in Football. He became a Lawyer and also played professional football. He also acted on stage, many people only know him through his rendition of “Old Man River” from the stage production of Show Boat.

    One of his most important contributions and the one that is most overlooked is his dedication to Civil and Workers’ rights. I can go on but Wiki has a lengthy piece about him.

    After they made Robeson, they broke the mould it will be along time before we see his like again.

  32. Ex-Cop Christopher Dorner Accuses LAPD Of Racism, Says Killing Spree Will Bring About “Substantial Change”
    While authorities continue their search for ex-LAPD officer Christopher Dorner, more about his motivation for shooting cops, and killing a couple has been revealed.

    According to his manifesto, the shooting spree was brought on by racism, and other injustices he witnessed while on the force.

    He wrote more than 10,000 words about the LAPD, asserting that they never took action against incidents of police brutality, and racism. Instead, Dorner claims to have had his name ruined by being wrongfully accused and fired, for speaking out.

    From Police Online:

    I know most of you who personally know me are in disbelief to hear from media reports that I am suspected of committing such horrendous murders and have taken drastic and shocking actions in the last couple of days.

    You are saying to yourself that this is completely out of character of the man you knew who always wore a smile wherever he was seen.

    I know I will be vilified by the LAPD and the media. Unfortunately, this is a necessary evil that I do not enjoy but must partake and complete for substantial change to occur within the LAPD and reclaim my name. The department has not changed since the Rampart and Rodney King days. It has gotten worse. The consent decree should never have been lifted. The only thing that has evolved from the consent decree is those officers involved in the Rampart scandal and Rodney King incidents have since promoted to supervisor, commanders, and command staff, and executive positions.
    Throughout the manifesto, Dorner outlines several instances where he fought against the corruption within the LAPD, but was ignored. One account accuses an officer of using excessive force by kicking a suspect in the face and chest, actions of which resulted in no disciplinary action.

    Dorner also had a front-row seat to a co-worker using the n-word to describe a Black person, causing the former Navy reservist to choke the officer.

    Fully aware that his story may be distorted and disputed, Dorner encouraged the media to look into the aforementioned incidents, and his past. “Journalist[s], I want you to investigate every location I resided in growing up. Find any incidents where I was ever accused of being a bully. You won’t, because it doesn’t exist,” he wrote.

    “I want all journalist[s] to utilize every source you have that specializes in collections for your reports. With the discovery and evidence available you will see the truth. Unfortunately, I will not be alive to see my name cleared. That’s what this is about, my name. A man is nothing without his name.”
