  1. @ CH:
“Got ya loud and clear! Beam me up Scotty, from the planet called Zoe! The atmosphere is thick, dull and gloomy down here!”

@nnaki & Sall, Man, you all ain’t see nothing yet, the atmosphere where ya’ll is heading, will make “…thick, dull and gloomy down here” look like paradise, just wait and see, it won’t be too long off, and ya no what, no Beam down request is necessary, its all already programed into your ‘rejection’ code, instant DOWNLOAD, wham….straight into it…where their ‘worm’ of conscience never dies!!!

  2. @Zoe

I expected that you would bring a little more to the table in response to my query on whether you thought Obama was a closet Muslim and you copied and posted from this blog (see attached) . Can’t say I’m surprised that the wing nuts of the right occupy a great deal of space on this blog …still complaining that Obama’s Birth Certificate is fake and that he is a Marxist etc. Are these folks the company you keep?

I still want to know if CAIR became embedded pre or post Rahm Emanuel.

  3. Muslim Brotherhood . Jihad they are all political organisation with a political agenda . They are mostly involved in the politics of their country . In America as of recent They are the OWS and the TeaParty all too who have their own political agenda. Although some of these organisations maybe radical .They all don’t speak for the will of the all the people. .Unfortunately in the Western World people tend to attributed all the actions of those political groups to the Muslim religion

  4. @Techie et al
The problem is not Muslims but Jihadists/ Islamists who are mentally stuck in the 13th C, when Islam made in roads into Southern Spain and Eastern Europe. Regardless of how the West treated Muslims historically the bottom line is the radicals teach hate and the destruction of the Western World in their madrassas. Are you prepared to lay down and die for any sins committed by the West, as pennence? I advocate peace and discussion BUT if you are intent on destroying the West then such folks will have a massive problem from my perspective.
    .
. Please note that the Wahabist’s Muslims murdered other Muslims for their variant beliefs and today there is major potential for Iran(95%+ Shia) to merge with Iraq(62% Shia) in order to have the critical mass to deal with the Sunni/ Wahabist’s. Why do you think that Wikileaks found Saudi offering free passage and fuel to the Israeli’s Airforce when they decide to bomb Iran?????

It is hard to believe that BO would associate too closely with Jihadists because he has an obvious case history for reference, JFK!

  5. @ Moneybrain…..

Never have anyone disputed this as far as I have read on BU.

What I and most here agree on is that you just cant paint every Muslim or the reliegion with a broad brush.
If that is the case then the so called Christians have to be grouped in the same way and be like those who enslaved others, killed others etc under the banner of Christianity.
The last mass murderer was a self confessed ‘right wing evangelical Christian’….do you think most Christians would like to be lumped in the same category as him?

As far as I know most reliegions have killed in the name of their god, none is any better…NONE!

  6. @ Money Brain

Here is a Whole Muslim society who is being branded because of the actions of others 1.e the radical fringe .Now is that fair. Obama so far has tried to reach out to the moderates leadership in the Muslim world with hope of reaching a meaningful dialogue and the right Wing propaganda machine has undermined his intentions and openly questions his political agenda towards America in favour of the Muslim world. Now tell me how are we going to reach any agreeable consenus when we have the Right Wing and the Christian coalition fighting against the system that have given them rights and now they are seizing every opportunity to deny others,

  12. What manner men are driven to drag the body of a dead man through the street? What does it say about the living?

  13. Another one ‘bites’ the dusk, and bullet, INSTANT ‘DOWNLOAD’ into HELL, no Beam-up, options here, everlasting torment, in conscious misery, such is the price for rejecting God’s Mercy, Grace, and Love, offered to ALL men, through Jesus Christ, its EITHER/OR, not Both/And!

  14. @Zoe: “its EITHER/OR, not Both/And!

    Bullshit.

You cannot prove that your god is the one and only god.

    We’ve already established that.

  15. It is clear that the Christians in here are rejoicing with news of the brutal death of Gadaffi much like the Libyan Muslims. Gadaffi is now dead, will they be any different from him?

  16. millertheanunnaki Avatar
    millertheanunnaki

    @ Zoe:
So you are rejoicing at the brutal murder of the Dictator GADDAFI! How Christian of you!! Would you also like to see the “Christian” Dictator Robert Mugabe taken out in a similar manner?
By the way, if we are to accept that your god is the one and only god which created the entire universe in 6 days, then you will have to accept that the same god could have created other beings on other planets orbiting billions of stars and that human beings might just NOT be his favourite of his creation. You might just have to share your heaven with other god-made aliens.

  17. @millertheanunnaki

Don’t beat up on poor little Zoe. He knows not of which he speaks.

He is told these things, and he is told they are the truth. But in fact he has no idea.

We should feel sorry for Zoe.

    I certainly do.

  18. @Zoe who wrote “everlasting torment, in conscious misery, such is the price for rejecting God’s Mercy, Grace, and Love, offered to ALL men, through Jesus Christ.”

Zoe wrote “everlasting torment, in conscious misery,”

I wonder which christian church I should have attended to protect myself a sinner from this threat.

A good friend taught me: “Be responsible for the listening into which you are speaking.

Unfortunately, they didn’t teach me what to do when the listener refuses to listen to anyone but themselves.

I suspect because this is an intractable problem.

  31. @David

What manner men are driven to drag the body of a dead man through the street?
    ****************************
Tut…. Tut…. Spare me the faux outrage and crocodile tears, thousands of people die every day, this death was more public than the others. Perhaps you should ask the UN to charge those Libyans with causing an indignity to a dead body.

If you have sympathy to spare you should save a little sympathy for the deceased in this story

  32. @Sarge

You work with your sensibility and others will have to work with theirs.

  33. ok gals break it up
    religions are about peace

  34. in as much as i wouldn’t shed any tears crocodile or other wise for gadaffi .some how the recurrence of the international coalition involvement in the death of political leaders should make one feel a sense of discomfort .If this precedent continues World wide outcry would be inevitable. There must be a better way !

  35. The political assassination of gaddafi should be abhorrent to any one of the christian faith and should be condemned by them as “killing ” of any kind is contrary to biblical teachings . Thus saith The Lord Your God. “Thou Shalt Not Kill”

  36. “As in water face reflects face, So a man’s heart reveals the man.”

“Hell and Destruction are never full, So the eyes of man are never satisfied.” (Prov. 27: 19,20).

“Open rebuke is better, Than love carefully concealed.” (v.5)

“The great God who FORMED everything, Gives the fool his hire and the transgressor his wages. As a dog returns to his own vomit, So a fool repeats his folly. Do you see a man wise in his oen eyes? There is more hope for a fool than for him.” (Prov. 26: 10-12)

  37. @Zoe

The Christians leading the charge during the Crusades can be classified as dogs or transgressors?

  38. @ DAVID

You ask – “WHAT MANNER OF MAN?”…

    WELL….

WHAT MANNER OF “system” ALLOWS [12] MILLION CHILDREN TO GO TO SLEEP EACH NITE WITH PANGS OF HUNGER?

WHAT MANNER OF WORLD DO WE LIVE THAT CALLS “GOOD” evil AND “EVIL” good?

WHAT MANNER OF “system” SELLS GUNS & WEAPONS OF WAR WHEN WE OUGHT TO BE MAKING AVAILABLE “seeds” SO THAT THE POOR CAN FEED THEMSELVES?

WHAT MANNER OF “system” WOULD ALLOW LESS THAN 0.5% OF THE WORLD’ RICHEST TO CONTROL 85% OF THE WORLD’S WEALTH?

Brother man – “there are more ??? than answers”…

What is abundantly clear – “IF YOU LIVE BY THE SWORD: YOU DIE BY SWORD”… it is called poetic justice for all those who falsely believe that they are some kinda’ “god” dictating the course and lives of other men by using the tools of tyranny and oppression – their day will come even if takes [40] years or a lifetime…

GADDAFFI got his just desserts… For a life that trampled upon the RITES*, FREEDOMS & PRIVILEGES of his own people by murder and acts of internal, inconspicuous genocide – he wielded a slavish “IRON” rod over innocent FOLKS*… Now he has met his WATERLOO*…. It is a LAW* of the UNIVERSE* that cannot breached, abrogated or DENIED*…

AS A MAN LIVES, HE DIES!!!

  39. “The Christians leading the charge during the Crusades can be classified as dogs or transgressors?”

How many times David, do I have to repeat, that it WAS the wicked, EVIL, Popes, RC priests, that conducted the Crusades, and NOT Christians, Roman Catholicism, is a refined system of Christianized HEATHENISM, and differs chiefly from its prototype, (Babylonianism) in being more treacherous, more cruel, more intolerant.

Stop confusing those masquerading under the banner of Christianity, with the ‘True’ Church of Jesus Christ.

  40. ………” it WAS the wicked, EVIL, Popes, RC priests, that conducted the Crusades, and NOT Christians…..”

Then why is it so hard to also say, it is the extremists, Jihadists etc and not ALL MUSLIMS?

    What hypocrisy!

    @ TB….

….AS A MAN LIVES, HE DIES!!!

    Interesting analogy…..

    Wasn’t your Jesus crucified?

  41. @Zoe

That’s, was obviously under the misguided view that the RC acted as the incubator for the religions which follow the teachings of Christ.

  42. In my youth we or some of us in the caribbean would have heard of and seen some support for the liberation movement by Col. Gaddafi. He trained some caribbean people out of Dominica, St. Lucia and Grenada. This was the time in the caribbean when most young people thought that a coup, like the Col. , was not a bad thing. He also had significant impact in Africa, and he shall be remembered well in those places. That brings us to the conundrum that is called Col. Gaddafi. To some he is a hero. To many especially in the western world their media has been able to portray him as a monster.

I can not join with any crowd to refer to any human that Christ has died for as a monster. The reason for that position is that Col. Gaddafi as a sinner who could have been saved by Christ is just as much of a sinner as all of us who bog here. His sins may be more open, but that does not detract from the fact that we and or sins, however, hidden still exist. Furthermore, let us disabuse ourselves of the notion that there is little sin and big sin, all is SIN.

  43. @TB

Even if we accept that a man dies as he lived how does it explain the need for many, including Christians, to rejoice in his death.
