The set who can not think beyond what is put in front of them , the set which dose not ask hard questions like hey where did you get this form and by what means did you obtain it? ,, the set that don’t ask for validations of things put before them and then seek to find out on they own if what was said was true . No , the Dumb set just swallow it and run, FOOLS .

ALL DAVID THOMPSON HAS TALK ABOUT IS FILM AND FLAM, PEOPLE NAMES, ACCUSATION BASED ON ASSUMPTIONS AND HIS OWN CONCOCTION’S, YOU BELIEVE EVERY WORD THE IDIOT SAYS. AND YOU ARE IMPRESSED WITH SUPER GOSSIP AND THAT IS STUPID, ALL HE HAS GAVE THE BARBADIAN PULBIC, CRAP. THE DLP HAS FOCUS THEY ENERGY AT THE LOWER INCOME GROUPS, CONCENTRATED THE ADS ON VOB AND IN THE NATION, I WONDER HOW MANY OF YOU JOKERS ON THIS WEBSITE HAVE REALLY SAT DOWN AND READ THE DLP MANIFESTO ?

HOW CAN THAT HELP YOU IF YOU ARE NOT IN THE PUBLIC SERVICES?

PETER WICKHAM POLL WAS DONE BY GOING IN A CONSTITUENCY Y AND ASKING ONLY 36 PEOPLE IN ONE POLLING BOX ONLY IN WHICH THEY ARE HISTORICALLY ANTI- BLP IN SUPPORT AND BASE HIS RESEARCH ON THAT!. HOW CAN HIS SAMPLE SELECTION BE REPRESENTATIVE? IT IS CLEARLY NOT REPRESENTATIVE OF THE WHOLE CONSTITUENCY

    This is a rant filled with nothingness. If you want to discredit the DLP and David Thompson, please present some facts for us to consider.

    I think the BLP has not done a bad job managing the economy, but the spectre of widespread corruption and the arrogance of the BLP ministers who feel that they do not need to explain anything and be answerable to the local population are going to make me vote DLP this time around.

    What was the purpose of this article. It speaks to the extreme extend that the thiefing BLP is willing to go. If the cheque are not real why did Owen not say so. Owen has never denied the existence of the cheque. This piece was therefore authored by someone with the IQ of minus 3 mil. You are a poor excuse of a human being devoid of any intellegence. honesty or sense. Take your foolishness elsewhere

    Of all the pro BLP letters, the rambling convoluted one gets posted? What is that all about? However he does make a valid point. The PM is vulnerable on immigration, but the learned QC is deafeningly silent on this issue. Early last year the DLP had ill-equipped negrocrats fanning the flames of the “Guyanese question”. What happened? Could it be that the “Guyanese question” is extricably linked to the “British expat” and the “Arab questions”? The fact that the learned QC has hand picked an obscure undeserving foreign Arab to stand for parliament is certainly deserving of closer scrutiny, but that might be asking too much of the negrocrats. The PM is also vulnerable on the raising cost of living, and what is the learned QC’s plan to reduce the cost of living? I don’t know because David Thompson doesn’t know because his handlers don’t know, so the electorate doesn’t know. Instead of exploiting the PM’s weaknesses, all we get is a second rate dog and pony show not becoming of anyone who has darkened the halls of any inn of court.

    David where is the substance in that article?

    Yes Thompson called Reggie Farley name, he said he received and cash a check for 40,000 just before election 2003. Each constituency must have about 8,000 persons to a representative per the law. Can we say Reggie’s seat was bought?

    Where is the counter to this exposition in that article?

    Did Owen Arthur received a cheque for 75,000 separate and distinct from the Barbados labour party, from the same source?

    Is this a lie? is this illegal? in the least is it not corrupting?

    One of my pet statements. Men will occasionally stumble, and fall upon the truth, will get up brush themselves off and continue on as if nothing has occurred.

    This speaks to this writer, very clearly. Somebody not known to him or her has their number and this is usually the circumstance of people who refuse to view life events outside of their beliefs. For such persons, facts and the ideas that gave birth to them are only relevant if they can be massage thru their beliefs.

    I read this lead story but I prefer not to comment since I am being labeled a BLP operative. But I must say openly, BU, you are fair and you try not to be partisan, even if you have strong views about a particular party. That is what you call Democracy. I can not say that about BFP, two things comes to mind. Openly stating that they will be voting a particular line and secondly, deliberately refusing to accept my posting. This is a strange line that will manifest itself by people of the ilk of Hartley Henry, Reudon Eversley and Peter Wickham..

    I was just reading an abstract in today’s St. Kitts and Nevis “Democrat” where it is said that Mr. Henry and Mr. Wickham will be using combine talent for the Labour Party http://www.pamdemocrat.org/newspaper/Details

    We all speak about polls, but to me, a poll is just a view on the ‘ground swell’ of popular opinion within a select group of random people. Yes, it may turn out right, but what makes it look strong is the collusion of the pollster and the payer. Some polls are solicited by people, but might not be accepted, due to the payer realising the polls reflect negative on his objective.

    Another scenario is a poll can be set up in a way that creates an ‘un-polled swing’ based on influenced by ‘spin doctors’. Regardless of a poll, it is the voters who will make the final decision to remove or continue with a party. The greatest pollster of our time, is the late ‘Carl Stone”. He removed partisanship from his polls. Dr Belle, Peter Wickham and others must deal with polls as a democratically assigned undertaking.

    I never knew that Owen was such a thief. All along I thought he was a real honest fellow from poor working class parents. There is no way he could ever get my vote. At least not again. I will be telling all my family to vote DLP

    I am of the belief that polls are worth much and at the same time little. Polls do not vote, people do. It will be interesting to see the actual result nevertheless. I thought Peter’s explanation of what he did was sensible. One just never knows.
    Anyone else found it passing strange that the Chapo/Boxill poll was supposed to be a UWI effort and now sudden so it was commisioned by the BLP to carry out its poll?
    Does this mean that another poll is coming out done on the behalf of the UWI? Or were we deceived in the first place when they insisted that they were not being funded by the BLP? Or I missed something?

    3 to 4 demonstrates there is a high level of dictatoship brewing in Barbados. Bajans its time to look at your African brothers and sisters and the price they are paying for allowing these greedy governments to stay in power for extended periods.

    Go out and vote and make that change. If this is not done you will surely not be allowed to call Barbados home. The working class cannot even purchase land in their homeland, thus if the BLP is re-elected the face of a land you call home will drastically be sold out.

    Clyde Mascoll speaks through both corners of his mouth.Please don’t vote him in. Any politician that crosses the floor should never be trusted. Clyde needs to pack his georgie bundle and head on out to the IMF or the World Bank.

    By doing this his corruption and fraudulent behavior would be justified at a global level.

    Tuesday thats why they call it the Classified Ads, the definition of working class means the working poor and those that are underemployed.Answer me do you own a piece or matter of fact how many people could afford the ridiculous prices for a piece of land with minimal view.

    Also your old format on your site where the viewer had the choice to select the meeting and the speakers was so much better – could we have this back?

    Some of you have questioned why we published this article. The writer has a view which we were unable to rationalize or apply any kind of logic. In other words it had no rhyme or reason. It was for that reason that we published it 🙂

    Let us compare the two political campaings todate.

    The DLP have had the blp on the back foot from the outset of this election, theDLP’S campaing has been well thought out and has dealt with the issues facing the people and it is one that has been thought thru by ordinary citizens and the people of this island, on the other hand the blp has been run on replies to the DLP and fear Tactics and hype but most amazeingly it is not a campaign that was created by local minds with locals in their thoughts this campaign has been the brain child of one ROY BOYKE who is from TRINIDAD and he the CLOWN JEVAN from RED ADVERTISING my only comment to this is this is a sad display of your professional skills to the two of you.

    However keep the work up it is helping the success of the DLP by leaps and bounds so congrats to you both.
